The three ladies who open up shop on Sunday mornings are amazing. So friendly and welcoming! Janet (I'll call her the coupon queen) was sure that I maximized my coupons and that all deals went through. Hadn't received service like that in a while -- shes awesome!

I came here just to get a snack. I lost my cell phone. The lady kept following me every single step. She told me because i was black she did not trust me. I went back to find my phone she said your phone not here you can leave. She said because I’m black that she had to watch me the whole time. Never felt so uncomfortable in a store

Dropped off prescription for eye drops been week and a half been told twice will be ready multiple times when responded to the store still delay not understanding the miscommunication

Horrible service, made appointment, told it was at a different CVS. Showed proof it wasn't then told me they didn't have the vaccines or staff capable of performing the appointment.

Honestly this is the last time I use this pharmacy. Some of the pharmacists are nice, but some of them are just so rude for no reason. I tried to get an RX transferred here and I asked them to confirm that they were calling the other pharmacy. The guy on the phone was so short with me and he goes “yes, we’re calling now!” I gave it an hour. Of course they did not call, but I at least got a text from my other pharmacy to confirm that they took the initiative and called them again. I just don’t understand the attitude, I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times and I get the job is stressful, but if Im not being rude to you, what is the issue?

Twice MinuteClinic has graciously offered two hours for a prescription to be ready. Twice the pharmacy at CVS 415 Monroe has failed to honor that. Ridiculous that a within house doctor and a pharmacy 10 steps away can’t be better in sync +/- an hour. Quan at the register couldn’t seem to care less and continues to run the line like every prescription requires compounding a special formula. Basic prescriptions of antibiotics and contraception should get an express lane; why are sick people waiting two hours for a count of premade pills and coughing on everyone buying Valentine chocolate?

Horrible customer service nobody is willing to go a step above to try to assist. Management is rude. Definitely need to do better on the customer service area. Trying to call to find out info and was passed between employees and hung up on 3 times after asking for management. Only to be provided a call center number that I already had explained to multiple people that they were unable to answer the question about pricing but could only provide a range for the service. Price ranges do not help customers trying to ensure they can pay for services they are scheduled for. Do Better.

One of the only MinuteClinic’s in the D.C. area with day-of appointment openings in the morning, I booked a visit. It went smoothly and on time.The store itself is a spacious CVS with a parking lot out front.If you love coffee, walk to nearby Swings, the oldest roastery in the D.C. area.
