If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The photo department lost the disposable camera from my wedding that I dropped off for development, and neither the staff nor online customer service could care any less. Whatever. A few weeks ago we printed photos there - picked them up with the receipt stapled through the images. Today, my husband is trying to fill a prescription for insulin at the pharmacy, and they didn’t think to call him to tell him this location doesn’t carry what he was prescribed. He himself is now driving around the city of Alexandria to try and find somewhere to fill it, because they also didn’t assist him with that. Don’t give this store your time or money.

Goodfellow clothes at good price. Only one cash to check out in that big supermarket?, seriously?

Employee’s seem nice but this shouldn’t be a ‘UPS’ access point, whatever that means if they won’t print or provide a ups label for items as other ups stores and locations do.
Would have been reviewed higher stars if they used both entrances here instead of a printed sign saying “Please use our front location on Eisenhauer Blvd”
Seems there’s a printer at the location as I’m sure CVS didn’t send this out with all the other promotional or marketing materials. Won’t likely be back to this inconvenient location.

Hangs up on customers with questions regarding medication. I’m Not sure what her name is but she was working June 17 at 9:00 am on Monday. Identify her and fire her…whoever her manager is. Unprofessional and rude

Friendly helpful service. Things were a bit messy, out of stock on a few items, but we got help getting most of what we needed. Was convenient.

Giving this CVS -- especially the pharmacist his name is Shane a five star. I was experiencing difficulty with my insurance company covering a prescription and he was extremely patient and helpful explaining the situation to me. I eventually got my insurance company to approve my prescription. Shane has exceptional customer service.

Major shout out to Vela, the pharmacy manager at the CVS on Eisenhower Blvd., Alexandria, Va. Both when I spoke to her by phone and in person, she was unfailingly kind, informative, professional and thorough in the info and advice she provided. She took pains to ensure that all of the meds for which I could get (and needed) refills were taken care of, pulled OTC meds from the shelves--right on the spot--to ensure they were in stock, and took pains to make sure that a friend could pick up my scrips since I'm temporarily home bound (after surgery). I've routinely had good customer service from the pharmacy but she's a stand out and, for someone who's not mobile and currently in pain--so very dependent on the meds she's dispensing--her support was essential and I'm so grateful for her devotion to her role and responsibilities. -Barbara Bryant, Alexandria, Va.

The Pharmacy Manager, Vela C., is the most incompetent and inhumane pharmacist I have ever have to deal with. She even argued with the CVS specialty colleague on the phone - lack of respect and clarity in explaining transfer processes to a customer.I only needed my meds to be transferred from the CV specialty online delivery to the local pharmacy, here, on Eisenhower. But Vela C., the Pharmary Manager, told me right in my face that she does not have time to do that. I was very devastated. Going through IVF, preparing for my embryo transfer, and planning ahead for my meds - it's been a stressful journey. So, the least I expected from this Manager was to explain to me how best she can or cannot help. But not to say "I don't have time" and to the extend say that "I can only help you after 9:30, it's not my job to call the CVS Specialty".This is totally unprofessional. I doubt the kind of training or mentorship she gives to the subordinates. Such attitudes are very insensitivity to the situations of patients who rely on CVS for their meds. In fact, I am cutting off my meds delivery from CVS.I just hope people like Vela can be retrained to put their frustrations/attitudes behind, them before they enter the store to start work. We all have our demons but we manage them well whenever we get to work place. Customers deserve better.

Why the hell is the back entrance not open all the time? Making people walk all the way to the front entrance when it’s cold outside
