Worse CVS ever. I returned a lipstick to this location because it was the wrong color and they gave me a hard time accusing me of using coupons I received with my purchase which I haven't used because they were for products I don't use. I showed them the expired coupons and said this will be the last time I get a refund. They should have a better rewards system and not treat their customers like they are criminals.

Placed an order to have two 8x8 canvas printed. Went in to pick them up after receiving an email saying they’re ready and they were not. Called the manager and she basically did not care. After some discussion, she offered to print them for free. All good, right? Not! Had to resubmit the order and came back to pick them up after receiving another email saying they are ready and they were not. Came back the third time in as many days, after receiving yet another email saying they are ready and still not. Now waiting in the parking lot for them to print out. This place is so managed unprofessional!!!! Recommend staying away and go to another location. Sad I have to post this!!!!

I can’t remember the young man that worked this morning 7/2/2024 that helped me with reactivating my extra care pass. He was very professional and sweet!

Tianna stated that she can only lift 5lb items and nothing more. Not sure why she is working here. I was dropping off packages for ups as this is a drop off location. Extremely rude employee and maybe look into hiring someone who can lift more than 5lbs as there are items in the store that are heavier I'm sure or not accept packages at this location.

The bags at the self service checkout were too small for my large items. An employee noticed this and brought me a larger bag.

I just received the BEST customer service from Benjamin and Carrie (Manager). Benjamin went out of his way to phone Carrie when he couldn’t find an item that the CVS website said was in stock. The CVS Lansdowne store couldn’t be bothered to look for it. Thanks so much!

I have to pick up medication every 30 days, i get a 30 day supply of this medication. They refuse to let me pick up these daily perscribed pills even a day before the 30 day mark.Medicade assures me that i can get my meds, medicade tries to call them while on the phone with me showing that dispite me having been in to ask for my meds twice today. They had never even tried to open and fill my meds.This is a regular fight to get them to give me my meds.They refused to help me waving me away from the counter and hung up on my madicade assistant 3 times and never serviced them. Over 40mins she tried to contact them and they wouldnt answer her call.These people are, unhelpful, incompatint and flat out a danger for your health.Never go here. Compleetly worthless.

I must say , KAREN is the best manager there is . She loves to help not just me but the customers as well . I’ve seen a lot of managers not know how to handle having that authority but KAREN ? Knows how to handle it , she never seems stressed , shes always happy , she is just simply amazing.A few days ago , my mother & I were stressing about trying to get this 11 x 14 picture from our phones printed out but no matter what it’ll always come out blurry . On this particular day Karen was there , she listened to the problem I was having & came up with a brilliant idea In Just minutes . Long story short , the bigger I made the picture the blurrier . Karen hooked my up & was able to print out the exact picture I wanted and guess what , IT WASN'T BLURRY !!!!! Made my day / Christmas because it was a meaningful gift for someone special to me .Then today I felt a little sick & needed Alka-seltzer plus but couldn’t find it to save my life ….next thing you know who comes right next to me ? KAREN !!!! With the warmest voice And guess I showed her what I was looking for & she went to the back to get exactly what I was looking for ….I absolutely love CVS now lol it’s a bit pricey but who cares I just love to know when I walk in there I’ll be treated with the best genuine customer service ever…& lastly I believe Karen wasn’t trained to be how she is , I really believe that’s just how Karen is overall as a person …KAREN thank you ….Merry Christmas & have a happy happy new year !!!!!
