Every time I need to pick up a medicine from this CVS I encountered trouble. The pharmacist either says we did not receive the fax from your provider or the fax takes two days to arrive. I will definitely change away from this pharmacy.

Pharmacy is severely understaffed. Pharmacy staff doesn't answer the phone. Prescriptions sent electronically by doctor office aren't filled. Only way to get answers or quicker new prescription filled is to walk in, stand in line, and hope the medication is in stock, and wait for the prescription to be filled.

Pharmacy is very understaffed. One of the pharmacy workers is very rude and unprofessional (I wish I could remember his name), not only that, but he managed to lose my prescription and now I have to wait until Monday to have my doctor send in a new prescription

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. NO ONE answers the phone there. A fax was automated from them to us and to get clarification/instructions per fax to call is a JOKE! No one knows anything or what their doing. CVS corporate need to doing something about this, I'm now reading all the past BAD REVIEWS! Had I known beforehand, I would've told our patient to choose another pharmacy to go to!!

I've been on hold for more than 48 minutes and counting. If this were a one time thing I might have been a little more patient. However, this happens every. single. time. They avoid picking up the phone at all costs, and when they do, it is clear by their attitude that they don't want to help you and don't care about you. Also, they take weeks to fill one of my prescriptions and because of this I often am forced to go weeks without taking my medication as prescribed. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Go somewhere else!UPDATE: I was on hold for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes and when a woman finally picked up the call I nicely let her know I had been on hold for that long and she replied that they are busy and that I was "lucky" that she even picked up my call in the first place. We got as far as pulling up my account by my phone number before somehow losing the call, and with it my mental sanity. I thought the woman might be kind enough to call me back since she had my account and phone number already up right in front of her and I had just told her what I went through to get to her, but she didn't. Of course she didn't. That would be too much customer service for CVS.Corporate needs to know!

I show the pharmacist my phone each time, with a message from CVS just a few hours old saying I have a prescription to pick up, and more often than not they tell me that I have to call the Dr. to have it resent. This is BAFFLING that it happens as regularly as it does.

They have improved their service! My medications are in time and no problems with my insurance in the system. I recommend this place now.

Pharmacy is randomly closed and they don't update it online. I spent $15 on an Uber to get here (and have to pay $15 back) just to be told the pharmacist is sick. Fine, but make sure that you update online. I can't afford to waste my money like this.

Favorite pharmacy. Always have the medicines I need or can get it with minimal delay. Competent, professional and friendly staff. Provide text alerts for new and refill prescriptions in a timely manner to help you manage your schedule. Well stocked and clean store. Newly upgraded interior. Plenty of parking. Always a pleasure to shop at this CVS.

This CVS pharmacy is getting ridiculous!. They don't fill prescriptions when the doctor calls them in so you have to wait in line just to be told it was not called in or you have to wait 20+ minutes to for them to get filled. This has never been an issue even during Covid. I suggest finding a different pharmacy if you want better service.

Addis, one of the workers at pharmacy was very unprofessional and rude!\\nStaying in line. He is on the phone saying stories to someone. Waited for at least 5 minutes. Then he decided to grant some time for me. Took my prescription and left. Staying on the same spot not knowing what to do. Then one of his friends came and they started to talk...\\nI waited and then had to interrupt and ask if I should wait or be back later. Well, he said, yes, I will call you...\\nI guess I and my time was not important at all...

Find another pharmacy to go to sure this is close to the doctors building but waiting two hours for medication just isn't worth it. Medication isn't done when promised and the wait way too long. Just to ask about your meds is a 20-30 min wait with one person at the register they call for back up and no ones shows. Too many mistakes are made as well I watched them give some lady the wrong medication!!!
