They denied my insurance for a Covid vaccine even though I have Medicare Parts A, B, and C (as well as retiree health care) and wanted to charge me $ 190.00 for the vaccination. The CVS pharmacist said that Medicare does not cover the new Covid vaccine. I went to a Safeway pharmacy and got the vaccination in 15 minutes. Safeway said that CVS should have accepted the Part B coverage. The pharmacists are not knowledgeable about insurance coverage and give out incorrect information to the detriment of customers. Customers should go to more reputable pharmacies like Safeway.

I’m a long-time CVS customer and will continue to be— just not at this location. This store is hands-down the worst. There is an issue with my prescriptions every single time they’re up for refills. The staff in the pharmacy can’t seem to provide efficient communication and often give different reasons why the medications aren’t in stock…. but never communicate in advance. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions out of here. Additionally, it’s hard to get anyone from the pharmacy on the phone.\\n\\nOh, and perhaps even worse than all of this: I scheduled a vaccination appointment here and was told to sit in the vaccination area behind a partition to wait. When J went to the other side, the area was full of trash everywhere and bloody gauze. It was completely unsanitary.\\n\\nOne star only because the location is convenient.

I called to check in on a prescription. The pharmacist validated my question by saying "yup" and then hung up on me. While I will say the ability to give positive customer service experience is important, it is also important to have the CVS corporation treat their team with respect and kindness. That kind of rudeness rolls down from the top. To CVS leadership, do better.To the staff at this pharmacy I appreciate you and see you.

The pharmacy screwed up while filing a prescription that had been filled without issue on multiple occasions. They would not try to fill the prescription again and insisted on speaking to a doctor, even though I explained the dosage was correct and I had filled the prescription at this location multiple times. This led to a day long delay in receiving a critical medication and is completely the pharmacist’s fault.

These guys never answer the phone for questions. I've been on hold for two hours. They also have trouble filling prescriptions as if they never filled a prescription before.

Just one of the worst pharmacies in the area. It is not just that it is super busy, the staff are just absolutely horrible overall.

I have had repeated issues with this pharmacy. Their customer service is horrible. They absolutely do not answer the phone EVER and they are always advising me that they are understaffed. This has been for months--fix it!! Hire more people! I end up driving over to the location to wait in a long line to answer my questions and then am told to come back the next day!!! One time I waited on hold for 25 minutes to get an answer and told the pharmacist when I arrived. She replied, "I don't care. I am the only person here and I really don't care anymore." I felt bad for her, but I absolutely cannot support this store anymore. Have also reported to the main customer service number as I am a long time customer of CVS and would like to see if they can send help. Meanwhile, I search for another pharmacy.

I went here because it is close to my home, but this CVS has literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Brought a prescription in at around 5:30 and was asked when I wanted to pick it up. As I asked what time the pharmacy closed, the tech or whomever barely look at me started shaking her head. She said no, tomorrow, we can't do it tonight. What? It closes at 8pm and I was there at 5:22. I am in pain and this is what I get? This news would have been easier to take with some kind of apology or at least an explanation, but this unsympathetic employee was handing out neither. First, whomever manages this joint needs to hire more pharmacists. As a former employee of a pharmacy I know what's involved. There should be no reason this could not have been done sooner unless you are woefully understaffed. Second, hire people in customer service who are actually interested in serving customers or, at a minimum, know how to treat people with respect and empathy. Some eye contact would be lovely too. Most people filling prescriptions are either sick or in pain and looking for help, not callous attitudes and ambivalence.Update: It's the next day at 12:30 pm and my prescription is still not ready! No apology, nothing. As if it's completely normal. Unacceptable! Why is this location still is business? It is so abysmally run! I have never seen worse.

The pharmacy suppose to be open until 8 PM, but I got there at 7:40 and they said that they were closing in 15 minutes and that couldn’t give me the vaccine that I needed.

I was struck by how rude the pharmacist was over a simple transaction, and came here to see dozens of similar comments. Something as simple as picking up a prescription shouldn't be unpleasant. I'm going to avoid having anything sent here in the future.

Denied prescription for paxlovid because of out of state health insurance. Cash payment which they would not take is $1000.00!!!! Couldn’t be bothered to phone me back with this information because pharmacy is too busy! Total waste of trip and time. Screw this place!

Rude and their website doesn't work . I made an appointment online and it said it went through, they argued with me did I was wrong . I left didn't say anything. I miss the old pleasant staff !!

The pharmacists here are extremely rude. I have had so many problems getting my medication filled. If they don't have it they won't go out of their way to contact you. They are never friendly. I won't be coming here anymore. I have never had any problems with CVS until I switched to this Location. Better off going anywhere but here.

Friendly to the pharmacists there but was only met with disrespectful reactions. Services ultimately not rendered. Staffing in pharmacy needs to be increased.

I just stopped at this pharmacy to get my second shingles shot. The sign stated they accepted walk-ins for vaccinations. There was no one anywhere in sight of the pharmacy and when I asked for the vaccination the pharmacist looked across at me and the guy told me I had to have an appointment. I went online where it again stated no appointment needed or it let me make an appointment to walk in and have it done immediately. Very rude and lazy staff I will never go to this location again.
