The apartment is beautiful and comfy. The building is quiet, the soundproof is really good. After living in many different apartments including luxury apartment, in my opinion this place is overall the best one I’ve lived in so far. The perfect combination of luxury and chill. This is the first time ever I feel like I am actually getting what I am paying for. Theresa the leasing manager helped us with application process and move in, she is really professional and helpful. Thank you Theresa!

I don't live here yet, so I can't comment on what it's like to be a resident. But I recently toured with Theresa and she was AMAZING!! She was really knowledgeable and supportive of my needs. I can tell by her interactions with current residents that she really cares about the ppl that live there. I appreciate that because I don't often get that energy from most of the places I've toured. Overall, some of the features of the building are a bit outdated, but the concrete floors and walls will be great for a home office.

As a former resident of 2 years here is my review.Pros:- Location! This location is great and convenient. It's one of the many reasons why we signed the lease to live here. It's right off of 95 with about 15 mins to DC depending on where you are going.- Cleaning Crew! I loved the cleaning staff. One particular lady was there every morning cleaning the building.- Concrete flooring and walls, you literally hear nothing from neighbors, but it did help that we were near the stairwell and model apartment (technically, we did not have neighbors).Cons:- The is a 7/11 right next door to the building where people constantly hang out.- The garage is constantly broken. Whether it was a resident hitting it or mechanical failure, it was pretty constant. This was unsafe to the extent that people could easily access residents' cars and the storage units on-site, which lead to ours being broken into just before New Year's Day. It took some time and follow-up for the storage to be repaired and although there were cameras on the property, management was not as helpful with figuring out what had occurred and told us the "camera footage on-site was too much to review"- Packages are readily exposed. Although there are lockers, packages were constantly left outside of mailboxes and big bins outside of the lockers, making them susceptible to theft as people deliver food, have guests, etc.- Elevators were out of order for a while. At one point, we only had one working elevator for months.Over the course of the two years, I definitely saw a decline. We moved there during COVID, so we received a great rate, as the market has changed, so did the increase in rent, which was fine, but at the rate it was being increased to...the complex needed much more work for the luxury rate that was being charged. In addition, we were charged our deposit for putting our old furniture by the trash, which we have seen countless other residents do daily, as we lived right above the dumpster. As the other person mentioned, read Yelp for a better idea of this place. When you post a review here, they come and post two positive reviews to push yours down.

When we first moved in here, we loved the vibe and aura of the building. Additionally, we were blessed to encounter Nic who is the office manager. Even in the apartment touring and signing process, Nic was so very patient, supportive and kind. This building is so blessed to have him. Additionally, the apartments and the building are very clean. If you ever need maintenance assistance, response time to hear back from the maintenance team is quick. The building is also quiet and calm. The people living in the building are also nice. We renewed our lease and we love our experience living here.

After a tiring visit of 7 apartment rental buildings, I finally found my new home! Curve 6100 met my needs and I am excited to move in. You know it’s the one when you feel the warmth and coziness of its surroundings. Kudos and looking forward to joining the community. Five Stars!

As someone who lived at this community from Jan 2021 to June 2023 in apartment 312, this is my assessment of the apartment home only: it’s a great build. The concrete in between floors and thick walls in between apartments made my home sound proof. I rarely heard people as they walked past my apartment. The kitchen is spacious and my apartment had a pantry which came in handy as my food storage needs grew as my children were born when I lived here. The large windows kept our apartment nicely lit with natural light for a better part of the day. The rooms had equal closet space which made it convenient for my growing family. The independent control of the HVAC was helpful for days where it was too hot or too cold. My utility payments weren’t bad and always around $200. I enjoyed the convenience of the accessibility to local shopping and 395.It is fair to say I am the current property manager here so I will limit my review to my experience while living at the apartment. You will read reviews of people who enjoy slandering my name whom I did not allow to bully me into treating them special. As is their right. I encourage you to stop in and meet me and make your own judgement of my character rather than read entertain trolls.

Ironically some of the post here are spam either authored by the property manager or his friends these are non existent visitors or renters. There is a huge difference on the scores here Vs Yelp I suggest you head over to Yelp and compare and contrast. Btw the property manager Nicholas May wrote his own review of the property on Yelp. I find this to be a huge conflict of interest but actually entertaining.I moved out of the property about a week ago for various reasons google limits the text count please read reviews on Yelp and other platforms to get a fair assessment.

Let's talk about the parking situation. Management decided this one space should be two. There have been no less than 3 accidents bc there is no parking curb. Also, there is a rule that if you park in the EV Charging spot, you must be charging. Welp, guess who owns this van. Did you guess the property manager?
