I like shopping in here for many reasons: one is that the staff are helpful, especially Ayeleeh she is a great person and always kind to help. She helped me where I can get what I was looking for and she is always smiling.

Purchased the watermelon from Costco on 2 separate occasions (May and June). Didn't notice that these were grown in USA. Was extremely disappointed after cutting it open because there wasn't any flavor, natural sweetness and the color wasn't the usual pretty red. They were pink and looked spoiled. Given the price of the watermelon is almost $7.00, I lost roughly $13.00. Very bad crop being sold! I wish crop was obtained from vendors used last year because the crop was great!

Last week was looking for Cherry Juice, natural no sugar added, which we take for digestion. Found it at the Route 1 store, I asked at the Information desk & nothing appeared in their computers, the receptionist could not assist me. I have had issues with a knee and was wearing a knee brace. I decided to do the long painful walk & then I asked a lady who seemed to me as a supervisor where I could find the Fruit Juices, she was very kind and offered to walk me where they are, and thanks to her I was able to buy the 9 or 10 boxes, of 8 bothes of 2 quarts each, I paid some $6 each bottle for my family an friends. The lady then helped me get a huge cart & get all the boxes on it, helped me push it to the cashiers, and then helped me place the heavy boxes in my car, I asked her which department she works for, to my surprise she is Retired!!! and she is very proud of spending her own time to help at Costcoor anyone who needs help..I was amazed at the kindness without ny type of interest neither of recognition nor of monetary reward!! Her name is Ms Jennifer or Jenny and is local from Alexandria. I just have to say thank you Ms angel with wings at Costco, thanks to her I got what I needed and happily made the effort to pay the over $300 at my local Costco !!! AM

This store provides the excellent Costco experience that every Costco love comes to expect. Going to Costco is one part anticipation of finding the regular things you always look for, one part discovery, coming across great new assortment that the team at Costco has edited just for you!! This is a very large store with plenty of options for doing both. There’s plenty of parking, but know that Sunday afternoons can be a bit busy. But if the worse part of the journey is finding a good parking spot, then you’re guaranteed to have a great experience.

I found it a little annoying that they move stuff around so much. Today I went to the pet area to get a particular dog treat item. It was nowhere to be seen. Then as I was wandering in the middle section near outdoor items, pools, slides, etc there it was my dog treat item. Why was it moved to a non obvious location?

Customer service manager honored shelf price for (3pack) organic wildfield honey @ $9.99. Door attendant was curt & impatient towards me when I asked for receipt back therefore demanded she talk to me with respect. I don't tolerate being disrespected by others! I shopped with my son & his family. My granddaughter asked for smiley face on their receipts to which she did draw smiley face for her. Some of the merchandise were higher than local Costco I visited.

Very slow unloading. Here over 2 hours for only 6 pallets, and still not unload.
