Poorly staffed thanks to Costco corporate policy. Poor website for online refills, again thanks to Costco corporate office. Nowhere for retirees to sit while they await service, including disabled customers. The Costco bottom line is more important than its regular customers. Obvious that staff reductions have been made at checkout lines.

Worst pharmacy ever, ı trıed to order medicine which is not covered by insurance, base of my look they did not want you to order because medicine is so expensive, they thought I can NOT pay it, what a SHAME

Thanks to Shelly and Alana. We will never come back to this Costco ever again so rude unprofessional . Store manager Jasmine just taking the employee's side when we got treated horrible and she said don't yell at them but the cashier can said hey hey hey hey to us ? Never treat customers like that. Stay away from this location

Really rude optical department. Glenise put me on hold for over an hour and just had really bad customer service about not being able to hold a box of contacts so I decided to prepay over the phone. It cut out and she was screaming "hello are you ready to pay up?!" And my husband thought I was on the phone with a scammer lol. Then I stood by the prepaid contacts spot for like 30 minutes before being told I had to take a number when I had been there for quite a while.

Do not take anything to this place! I brought a wheel and tire from my 2024 Lexus RX 350 to Costco Tire shop to have a screw removed and my tire patched. The wheel was NEW with less than 1,700 miles on it. When it was returned to me, someone had gouged an "X" on the inside of the wheel seemingly to mark the location of the patently obvious screw that was in the tire! When I lodged a complaint, I was told "they would have to conduct an investigation", and it seems as if they are not going to take responsibility! PLEASE do not support in any way this kind of unprofessional and incompetent service that intentionally damages personal property!

It's Costco store is pretty clean. Seems like everybody is always in a rush to get everybody moving through customer service people are always friendly always nice selection and a great value. If you know what you're looking for overall the staff is really nice the tire section also has a good staff as well as the pharmacy.

The gas is nice and convenient but let me tell you this place is always busy and the women at the front are RUDE. I get that it stays busy and you're in customer service but they are not friendly in the least. A smile or hello goes a long way. I appreciate Costco for the food and deals but I'd rather go to Walmart or a normal grocery store. Very few items are actually worth the bulk price. I can buy for the same price and not have to store as much. I only come when needed. Train your staff to be kind!

To get in all you have to do is show your Costco card. They have plenty of sample and the self check out service was quick! I will definitely be back.

Located on Route 1 / Richmond Hwy, has a gas station and tire center. Not as busy as the Fairfax location and Woodbridge location but it can get fairly busy and packed. Like, I went on the weekend 2 times and left because I could not find a spot. Cars were parked parallel to the curbs near 123 (not parking spots). For the most part, I feel like I get good service from the employees. Usually the employees at the check out (both self check out and with the clerks) are nice and keep the line moving. They have a good selection of prepared foods near the chicken. No monster coffee flavors here, but they do carry kimchi. I feel like I always spend minimum $100-$200/visit. These days feels like it goes over that amount with just couple items in the cart. Gas Station: the clerks keep it moving so I don't feel like I'm waiting an abnormal amount but I am usually there around 4:00pm so it's a little bit earlier than the rush hour. It's a convenient location for me, so will be frequenting often but not on the weekends haha.

Costco needs to train its employees better and give a primer on manners as well. Today, 12/1/2023 @ 1PM, at the Richmond Highway, Alexandria location an employee name Lena at checkout (checking receipts against items) was lazy and rude. (Lena claimed she had no badge or employee number, and given her attitude, she probably gave me the wrong name). Without taking the time to confirm, Lena declared there were more items in my cart than the items identified as sold on my receipt! She was dead wrong and incredibly belligerent and rude about it. It was clear she just didn't want to be bothered.

There were only two pharmacists when I went to get my flu shot and pick up my prescriptions.The woman was I think German. The other pharmacist was a guy with short dark hair, tan skin.Both were super nice and patient despite the business- I never felt like they were rushing with me.They took their time and were calm. It was pretty busy on Friday morning. It was not was I expected but the friendliness was a pleasant surprise

I've been a member at this store for years, and Zim really happy that they have expended to even more locations. We usually come here about one time each week and we buy all kinds of stuff. Definitely the sundry household items like paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper come from this place. Even though their prices have increased like everywhere else, they still have the lowest prices that you would find anywhere. Granted there is the yearly membership fee to consider, but with a family of four, this store is definitely ideal for the things that we always need. I've even bought some really cool cargo pants, that have lasted years later, for less than $25.00. This store in particular is always clean and tidy during the times that I have shopped here.

It's not often you come across employees that actually care to help anymore. However, I was impressed with management here! I inquired about their piano and the woman in charge there was very helpful and professional.

No customer service in the tire center, called 5 times was put on hold 3 times for over 14 minute. seems they are overwhelmed under staff or poor management. I guess they don't need or want my $1,200 tire business.

Extremely hard to get around parking lot, hectic everywhere! And plus I was packing stuff in my car, and a manager came by and threatened to call the cops because they had just barely closed and my car was still parked. I wouldn't recommend shopping here as it doesn't feel welcoming even by the workers. Shame because I'm not from here and this gave a bad reputation to Costcos for me.
