They don’t honor the promotions they failed to remove from the floor. There were promotions that expired on July 7 (today is July 12) that were still up and unfortunately it’s the customers fault. ONSLEY was extremely rude telling my mom “to read carefully next time” so I went and grabbed the sign. It clearly states “paper towel holder” but Ms. ONSLEY proceeded to cut me off while I was telling her that “paper towel holder” is clearly on the sign.
Very sad bc I came to this store for the first time ever and this experience just told me never to come back.

Had the best day ever here today !!! The worker I interacted with was incredible !!! He was so nice to my boyfriend and I (despite us being there for 3 hours) and even came up to us to show us videos of the alpacas outside !! I wish I had gotten his name, but he was the sweetest. The egg hunt was so fun; I got a bunch of stuff for free and ended up losing to the system and spent too much money anyways

Love this store, they have a big selection of unique things from all over the world. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that most of their products doesn’t have a price tag so you have to look for a staff member to ask for the price.

Fun place to explore but it always looks like a bomb went off inside. There is chaos everywhere and many things have unpacked boxes and items in front of them making it hard to get what you want. There is also not exactly a real organization to it all.Sure there are a few sections that make sense but for the most part you find the same things in several locations and while some aisles seem to have a theme, that theme is never spot on. Looking for anything in particular? You have to go treasure hunting for it... You won't be able to just go to where it would seem logical for it to be. And there are no speciality sections like Kosher or Country-Specific.Top it off with the chaos of checking out (which can take 30+ minutes at times, and I really advise ONLY visiting this store in off hours and for stocking stuffers or more unusual food gifts. Did I mention their website does not accurately reflect what is on a particular stores shelves?
