I came in recently looking for a hooded at home dryer. Unfortunately, they didn't have one but the staff was kind enough to call a local store and see if they had it and the cost. Amy, Cat and Tamika were all friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well it.

Out of all of the stores this one is the worst, safe yourself some time and just go to another location because here they will not treat you well. Some of their stuff is good but a lot of times not, seems like people who work there are very unhappy about being there. And to top it off I came there two Sundays in a row at around 12:15 as it says they open at 12, and both times the store was closed. I would love to give this store 0 stars if I could.

Tamika was so kind and helpful to me and my husband. She even went to the back to look for a product I needed and helped me find other products for me and my husband. It’s so nice being treated with a good attitude, patience, and willingness to help. Hard to find these days. She was wonderful with us! Will definitely keep visiting this location.

Absolutely loved the team here! I've been doing hair for years! Cosmoprof has been like family. But this location was extraordinarily helpful. I left inspired and with a feeling of great joy! Which is very important for a artist in this industry! Thank you for your patience and enthusiasm. I know you get a a lot of costumers. I just wanted to say I truly appreciated the time & patience for helping me look for my products and more!

This is a place to feel welcome! I am an esthetician (no clue about color for hair) and I wanted to color my own hair... I Know crazy idea!. I wasn't sure which of the color or how to apply it...well I asked a lady, she was patient and helped me as much as she could, then she said that her other associate was a color specialist and yes...he helped me, educated me and guide me to get the right products. ? I wish I could give them 10 ⭐. Also I wish to find more skin care products . Still I will keep coming here. Thanks for being so kind.??

I have been going to this store for over 20 years. It is a store for licensed professionals. The manager Robin has always been kind, professional and helpful. During Covid they offered same day delivery and store pick up, which they still offer. If I need something their store does not have they do their best to find it at the nearest stores. This store has consistently been my go to for my supplies... and I have tried many other companies over the 21 years of being a licensed cosmetologist.

Today was my last straw with this location. I always order here when I need last minute supplies and am not able to make it to the physical location. They used to give a courtesy call when something was out of stock and the order couldn’t be completed and would inform you about refunding for the items out of stock. Now they just send whatever they have with no notice that certain items were out of stock and the online inventory is never up to date to prevent you from ordering something out of stock.
