I would like to tell you about a wonderful experience that I had at Cort furniture rental. I had the pleasure to work with the manager, Corinth Harryson and Ari. They were very professional, thorough, listened intentavly , very kind and went over and above to meet my needs. They have excellent customer service skills and I feel that they were such a blessing in my life today. If you’re looking for any furniture or help in the rentals space, you won’t find a better place than CortRental!

Really impressed with this store. I purchased a new office chair and a used side/desk chair. Good selection of commercial grade office chairs and furniture. Able to try the Aeron and Sayl chairs without the pressure of a Herman Miller showroom. They only had new available of the Aeron and several used Sayls.I would definitely look around to get the best selection. The chairs of the same style/brand are all the same used price, regardless of condition. If you find something you like, look for the best version, that’s how I found the new one that I purchased. I would definitely not buy online as the condition of items was very mixed. Great prices on office chairs that are a step above what you would find at Office Depot (and even online) ~$200-500+ for a good used office chair, mine was $370 new. Keep in mind these are chairs that retail for $500-$1000+. They had some cheaper options, but not really in good condition.14 day return policy, 90 day warranty on used and 1 year warranty on new items. They get new items weekly.

What an odd and awful experience. went in fully ready to buy a couch cash in hand. Then was never greeted by anyone who worked there, had to ask the sales associate if it was if I asked her a question. Manager of store isn’t even wearing shoes, just walking around his store in socks. I won’t be recommending this place again nor returning.

I went in to check out their show room. I was greeted by Jessica. She gave World class customer service. She’s very knowledgeable of the inventory of her store. This CORT location is top tier in their professionalism. I would come back at this location for future purchases.

Very professional and enthusiastic staff. I've dealt with Jessica the whole time and she have served me very well. Also Robert have helped us load the couch within the truck. No complaints. These guys are the best. Much recommended.

Went there to buy a used couch I had seen on line I had money to spend but I was looking for a bargain. The sales person never even tried to make a deal or a sale. That used couch was that price and that was it. I went and spend my money elsewhere on a new couch. The service could have been better.

I am very disappointed with the poor response from this furniture company regarding my damaged furniture. On Sat., January 28, several pieces of furniture were delivered to my office. Two of the chairs were damaged. After contacting the store that afternoon, I was asked to email pictures, which I did. I heard back again from the store three days later asking for more pictures, which I promptly sent. Absolutely no response from my last email... I paid for brand new chairs, and received damaged chairs. It should not take 5 days to resolve the issue.
