This place is unprofessional they have you waiting for three hours not processing your paperwork is things packed and every day basis no seating lobby always have 25 or more people the wait is about 4 hours long

waited 2.5 hrs for a drug test and was told it would only be 30-45mins. staff looked like they were just waiting around eating and talking

I went in for a drug test. I was told the wait would be an hour. After 1.5 hours I couldn’t hold it any longer. I told the staff and they told me I had people in front of me so I would have to go relieve myself and then drink water. I was called in 5 minutes later. Obviously I couldn’t go. Total trip was 2.5 hours to pee in a cup.

I called before I got there and they said we accept walk in but I had to wait almost 4 hours being called.

Avoid at all cost! Hours on top of hours of a wait time! Still waiting to be done, 9 am appointment arrived at 8:30 am it’s now 3pm.

Absolutely horrible wait time. 5 hours for a 0900 appointment. They should close this office and revamp the entire place or just stay closed. The staff is somewhat friendly but doesn’t greet you immediately. But really does it matter how nice they are if they can’t do their job efficiently and quickly?
