“I had about 3 different trips to Best Buy Potomac Yards this week figuring what needed to be done in order to repair it and 2 of those trips Brenden helped me out and was fantastic at answering my questions. He gave me his work cell number and he was incredibly helpful and prompt answering all my questions. I spent 3 hours in the store yesterday with Brenden, and I was very impressed with his patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
