The shopping center this grocery store is located at is nice and feels new. The surrounding area isn't great but here felt very safe. Awesome grocery store as well! Huge selection and you can tell the products are all quality. This is my new H-E-B.

Go to self check outs. The employees are so rude . It seems like they don't like their job

Always and consistently, the absolute worst produce of any of our local markets, including the other nearby Harris Teeters. If you are looking for fresh produce, save your time and go anywhere else.

No black hair care products. Won't be returning. Would be nice to see more products because we do frequent this location.

I always have a good experience here. Friendly staff and I can usually find what I need in stock. I recommend going on a Saturday because when I've been on Sundays sometimes they're out of items.

We are longtime Express Lane customers at this HT. For years, our weekly order has included 5 gallons of nonfat HT milk. We stopped buying milk from this HT after months of gallon after gallon going bad near or before its sell-by date. (Milk should remain fresh ~1 week past its sell-by date.) We made multiple calls to no avail. HT said no one else raised any complaints. They said they would try to identify the issue. They offered us store credit. But the milk kept going bad. Today, the Express Lane team put three separate packages of moldy ravioli in our order. (See photo. Maybe check the refrigeration over there?) I can see missing the middle one. But the other two? Or all three?HT's Express Lane service is super-convenient. But not if we have to make separate trips to another store for milk. Or a return trip to HT because all the ravioli has mold on it.

Very limited food selections, hefty prices and NO Customer Service. As a disabled senior citizen in need of assistance, I tried to express my needs and concerns with CS. The woman kept looking down, filling out forms. She had no interest in me or my comments. Very RUDE! It's not the first time I've experienced such incompetence and disregard for the customer. Want apples, milk or non-Starbucks coffee, or someone to assist you? Go elsewhere. This store is NOT USER/CONSUMER FRIENDLY!

I have been shopping at this location since they opened. Used to be a great place to shop, but quality and service has been declining heavily over the past few years especially the del, fish and meat departments.. I used buy a roasted chicken from there every other week until I bought a few underdone, a couple with feathers and got so grossed out I cant even look at chicken in general without gagging. Couple of weeks ago I purchased pork that was rotten and stinky.Their deli is even worse, I waited 30 mins and few days later another 15 without getting help. Management either doesn't care or isn't aware. I was told by some of the employees that they are seriously understaffed, but that is not an excuse for selling rotten products. What happened to your quality standards Harris Teeter?

I come here out of convenience. For starters, it's beyond gross inside. This year alone, I saw a massive cockroach squished on the floor (thank you to whatever brave soul ran over it with the cart), a live mouse/rat sprinting across the aisle in front of me, and a fly buzzing around inside the deli meat case.Because of this, I never, ever get fresh food from here. I can't imagine how "alive" this place comes at night or in the food prep areas. To make things worse, the prices are brutal. Far higher than Giant or Safeway. Last week I bought some bread flour at HT for $6.49. It expired in just 6 months but I was desperate. The next day I was at Whole Foods and the same flour was $4.41 and had a longer expiration date. Since when is HT more expensive than Whole Fricken Foods? Sheesh! For my household, it's worth a longer drive for groceries. The Safeway on King St near Bradlee is better for everyday staples (not to mention significantly cheaper, esp if you use the Safeway app). We also like the Fresh Market right next to the safeway for produce and bakery items.
