I have to admit: I was pleasantly surprised by my visit here. While I think that my toes needed one more coat, or a thicker coat, I can't deny that the shop did a really good job. I also can't deny that my polish has listed the test of time on my toes. It's gel, but but not all gel is created equally these days.The price is about what she would pay anywhere else. However, they were very thorough when working on my feet. Normally, even after getting a callus treatment, I still have to do some buffing of my own at home. That was not the case here. I believe my gel pedicure cost me somewhere between $55-$65. Also, what I really like about this place is that they give you a snack and a drink. Not all places are like that, so it's nice when you come across a place like this.I would recommend. Looking forward to my next visit.

My 12/19 service was horrible. I went in for a service that should take 1.5 hours and left 2.5 hours after my service began. Things happen, designs or requests are sometimes unable to be done, but it is how you treat long term customers that matter. They do not carry these values at this salon.Updating my review based on the manager response below as it is clear they are not willing to understand the core of the issue which was I went in with a specific design that I was told could be done, to be told at the end when my nails were half completed that she could not in fact do it.The core of the issue is that the staff was rude and condescending, and yes they did stay to help but also took a 20 min break to eat. Please do not respond to comments unless you give the full story.

I went today for my 2nd time and as long as I’m in the area this is my new go to spot! Everyone there is so kind and detail oriented, the salon is clean and always has nice music playing. They even offer a water and snack when you are seated and sometimes a phone stand! I will be recommending casabella to anyone who needs a good nail salon to go to. Plus it’s right next to Trader Joe’s so you can get your groceries done too!

I absolutely love Casabella. My first time coming was for my birthday in November. The ambiance of the salon is very relaxing. I love that they have a check-in pad. And unlike most nail salons in the area, if you have an appointment, your nail tech is ready at your appointment time. When i checked in Claire already knew what services I chose and was ready to start. I really enjoyed my pedicure and the massage was so good. Afterwards I got the gel x nails. Now Gel x is a process but I find that they are so much healthier for your nails and look really good. All of the staff was friendly. They offer refreshments and water during your service. My 2nd time was last week for some holiday nails. I asked Claire if she knew how to do the Grinch (no pressure) . And though she had never done it before she was up for the challenge. As you can see she knocked it out of the park. I love them so much. Though my nails aren't really long right now they are healthier and stronger than they've ever been. I've found my new favorite place

Got a Gel-X set with a french tip and they turned out incredible! Claire did my nails and she was so nice and did an amazing job! Price was as expected and reasonable - will be going back!

Kelly did a great job. One of my toenails on the big toe was damaged a couple years ago so it’s wonky and has been growing out slowly. It’s also very sensitive, and so I haven’t had a pedi in a very long time. I let Kelly know and she treated it with great care and made it look really nice. So happy I decided to try out this place! Conveniently located next to Trader Joe’s. Both of my technicians were kind and meticulous - Tina gave me such a relaxing pedicure and I’m very pleased with how my gel manicure by Donny turned out. He educated me about my nails while having delightful conversation. The salon is modern, clean, and the technicians are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

This is my first 5-star review of a nail salon in my life. Most people measure an experience by four things: clean establishment, nails shaped and color applied exactly as you expect, genuinely friendly staff, and reasonable prices.Casabella excels at them all. So glad I found this place and thanks to the hard-working, dedicated owner and staff for taking such pride in providing all-around quality service.Also, I’m a complete Gel-x convert!

Atmosphere and staff were positively lovely, so many choices of color too. My dip manicure turned out way thicker than I was used to, but I was assured it would prevent cracking. They also have a 7 day policy so that if anything happens they will fix it, which is great. Alas, on day 8, there were cracks. The color was also quit spotty and uneven from day 1. I wanted to love it but alas, I don’t think I’ll come back.Service: Dip powder

I've been on the search for a nail salon since moving and this is by far the best experience I've had in the area! Easy online booking, great color selection and fair pricing. Will definitely return!

I absolutely love coming to this nail salon. I found this salon a few months after they just opened and haven't gone to a different salon since. I've gotten a regular manicure and pedicure, gel manicure and pedicure, and my favorite, gel x manicure. Every time I've gone, each employee has given me the best service. They are very attentive and detail oriented. I'm very picky with my nails and designs and I never leave disappointed or with a set of nails I don't absolutely love

Best nail experience in a very long time! Professional, Kind, sanitary, relaxing, expert service. The complimentary refreshments are so lovely and appreciated. My favorite nail salon now closer home (their second location!) and on my fav street in Old Town!!Nice, clean, neat place with professional, talented, courteous nail stylists brimming with positive energy!! Come check them out!!!
