On my app it said that one of the machines was starting. I I wasn’t even close from it I was on the other side of laundry. I asked one of the girls If I could get my money back and they said they couldn’t do anything about it that I should just use it, . They easily could have given my money back.

Online it says they are open to 11pm but we came to wash close at 9:30pm and the employee told us they closed at 10pm when online told it says open until 11pm. 10/10 won't recommended for anything. Customer service was awful. Employee gave us dirty looks.

This place is pretty clean and has brand new machines. You can download an app to pay using your card or change your money into quarters. I appreciate that they sell laundry detergent since I ran out of some products and could replenish in the facility. Their minimum for credit use is $10. They have a bathroom but you need to make sure to ask for the key. The staff was really nice and took the time to answer my questions.I also appreciate it that they keep the facility clean. I have been to some other coin laundry facilities that aren’t clean and the washing machines keep the residue of many used of laid dry detergent.I have attached some photos of what the facility looks like and what the inside of the laundry soap compartment looks like for reference.

I love this place!!! Its clean, neat and smells always nice. The washing machines and dryers are awesome always working never broken, every one working. I recommend everyone to come and try you will not regret. ?????

Casa replaced all of their old washers and dryers in the last 12 to 18 months with new Speed Queen machines. They are all online and can be accessed and operated through the Speed Queen app, where you can also virtually add money to your laundry funds. The laundromat is clean, well-maintained and bright, has benches to sit on, and the employees are all polite and helpful. This would be a 5 star rating, except that the app and the machines are not always in sync, which can result in lost money and wrong washing selections.

I went to this laundromat on Saturday December 5th. As I was putting the quarters in the machine, it took about four of them. I got the attendants attention and explained the situation about three or four times that the machine took my money and the coins did not count against the balance of my amount. At this point two attendants came over and were talking about what happened to each other in Spanish and persisted to act like they had no clue what I was talking about. So instead of just giving me the four quarters back she put out her hand to tell me to give her the money that the machine took from me.. I was completely shocked and I looked at the both of them in confusion. She kept saying and looking at me like I needed to give her money, and they both kept looking at me like they had no idea what was going on. I just said forget it and went on to put more money in the machine. I have used this laundromat for years and have never had a problem. What happened to me today just completely ruined my whole experience at casa laundromat and I will never go back there again. They lost a loyal customer because of their feigned ignorance and complete lack of understanding with the situation.
