I submitted my collision review three times online as I was advised. Unfortunately, I called for the third time and they said that they had no idea what I was talking about. The Customer Service was very poor. I would not recommend them. Having to submit my photos 3 times is not worth it.
I later found out that this was not the right location. However, the customer service was very poor. I explained my issue 2 or 3 times over the phone and the attendant got very aggressive. This is not the right way of doing business.
