Most of the staff here is quite nice however Zahra is truly the worst . She is rude and a bully to residents. My lease resign is coming up and the only reason I am potentially not renewing is because Zahra has made it so unpleasant to work with her. Since I moved here the leasing team has been amazing. They have been helpful and really patient with me. I would recommend Carlyle mill to everyone I know. Keep up the good work kim and Zahra. The residents appreciate all you do.
