Except for Philly , he went out he’s way to find a solution to my problems . Very professional and he deserves recognition for he’s service !

I visited this branch on 08/05 via drive-through. This was the WORST experience I have EVER encountered with Capitol One. I am truly disappointed with their decision to appoint individuals who lack human decency and provide DISGUSTING customer service. The WORSE part about this experience is the person I had this piss poor experience with identified himself as the supervisor. I initially came to cash deposit a check into my savings account. I provided my DL signed the back of the check and wrote the last four digits of the account number on the back since I have 3 accounts. I also provided my bank card so they could locate the account quicker. This supervisor greeted me and assured me he would process my cash deposit. When he returned to the window he sent down the receipt. The money was deposited into the incorrect account and I was $553 missing from my savings. When I inquired what occurred his response was “IDK” AND I don't know when incorrectly depositing a customers funds IDK became an acceptable response. So he asked me to hold on came back and stated it was Saturday so it wasn't showing. I reiterated my money was placed in the wrong account AND I wanted the cash immediately. So I became frustrated and just asked for the check to be returned. The supervisor dismissed me told me to have a good day and cut off the camera. I then went into the lobby to retrieve my check. I IMMEDIATELY asked for the manager because I knew he was the one that I had dealt with at the drive through . He continued to tell me he was the supervisor and instructed me to have a seat! At this point I wanted my check back. I was assisted by Omer the bank Ambassador who was pleasant and professional. However he then explained because provided a debit card is the reason they deposited in my checking account. Sadly I had to correct him, and INFORM HIM that had they been attentive and actually reviewed the check they would have seen the account number on the back. AGAIN piss poor practices. PAY ATTENTION! Then I was told he could not provide the check back because it was processing. However the funds would be available on 45 min. Which I knew was a LIE fastfoward to today my funds still remain unavailable. AND I will be closing all THREE accounts. Respect and dignity go a long way. Capital one there are a plethora of banks. Treat your customers with respect! AND THIS REVIEW DESERVES ZERO STARS but of course google elects you to choose one.

Not certain why the bad reviews are here. I was in the area and needed to stop in. I googled the nearest CapOne and this location popped up. I almost turned around when I saw the reviews. I’m glad I DIDNT! As soon as I walked into the bank I was happily greeted by Omar who directed me to a teller by the name of Kim. She was kind, proficient and efficient! I love the guys at my neighborhood CapOne but I’ll definitely be back when visiting Virginia! Thank you again for the painstakingly great experience!! Keep up the good work!

This one is tough for me as well. I opened my first bank account and business bank account here. I can't say for certain if I closed the accounts or they did but I know it was likely not in good terms. However, they were my first credit card as well. I still use that credit card, which I believe I upgraded to Quicksilver at one point, which I would recommend (1.5% cash back on everything), and I have since opened a SavorOne card with them as well. Recently Walmart switched over to them too which has worked well. I actually like them better than the last bank, Synchrony Bank. I know there is a dispute now between Walmart and Capital One so not sure if it may change again.

I do not want a credit card. I have asked multiple times to be removed from the mailing list (costs of mailings are subsidized by our tax dollars) to no avail!

None of the ATMs ever work, and there are no signs to prevent you from wasting 20 minutes in line trying to get cash. Get it fixed!!!

Worst experience ever this branch any time you call they pick and hang up the phone without even saying hi. This is the worst bank and I’m not referring just the branch but also the bank itself. The branches send you to call the 800 number and when you call all they have is people in a third world country who are just reading a script and not able to act like a human being and be able to level with you and not sound robotic. FYI the people that work on those third world country who have access to your account information are not even contracted directly to capital one. They hire a contractor company. One of those company is Called Sitel. They do this, because if you suffer any type of identity theft it can not be back tracked to them. Worst bank/company ever. I was even able to find out that company called sitel who is contracted by capital one to assist us the people answering your call they get paid 400 to 500 a month for a 10 hour day.

They seem understaffed. The worst part is the manager. I’m happy to not have needed her help but the way I seen her treat other people - So aggressive and obviously doesn’t want to be there. I hope they switch up their staff soon.

I walked in to open a checking account and to ask for more info about this bank. I was told I can go online and open account. Like I wanted more info and lady that was there didn’t look like she knew much. I should’ve asked but as soon as I told her I want to open a checking account she just says you can open online. The lady didn’t even look happy like usual bank people do. Also at a bank the people at window send you to talk to someone and they give you all the info you need. Like yeah I’ve read online about bank but I’m just one of those people that just want to talk to someone and make sure everything’s good. If someone wasn’t there to help with opening account she could’ve started with that. Well in all today’s experience wasn’t good literally wasn’t in bank not even a minute. Went to Navy Federal much better service and informative people happy to help. Opened my account with them instead.
