Caliber Collision on Farrington Ave in Alexandria, VA did the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks like it never had any damage. When I picked it up, it shined like it was new. Donald was the body tech. He made my car look perfect! David was the painter. I can't tell what he painted...no paint lines or variances in the color. Marlon was my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car on the day it was promised. This is a before and after shot. The before shot doesn't really show all of the damage. The after shot has Donald and Tre in it.

They had my car for an entire week before even looking at it to give an appraisal to my insurance company. Then took an additional week to repair what was essentially a blown tire and strut issue. No bodywork was necessary at all. Also, told me the car would be ready on a certain day and then had to send it to a different location for an alignment because they don’t have the equipment to do that. At the alignment shop, additional items were discovered to need repair and they kept my car for two additional days.

Both the front desk and the mechanic who walked around the car with me on drop-off and pick-up were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. They did a great job repairing the damage and have the car back cleaner and looking better than when I dropped out off. Communication was great through text and their website and my car was ready a day earlier than estimated. Will absolutely use Caliber Collision in the future. Thanks!

Tremendous shop with honest communicative employees. A woman backed in to my wife's car just a couple days before I was leaving to another country for work. Working with our insurance, we were able to take her car in on the same day the accident happened and get an estimate on everything. Work began immediately and Caliber was communicating with us every step of the way, checking in every 2 days to let us know how the repair was coming along. The final results are incredible and you wouldn't be able to tell that there had ever been an accident in the first place!

Just had some repair work done at our Del Ray Caliber and am extremely pleased with the overall quality of the work and the great communication. Highly recommend and would use again (tho I hope I don't have to!)

Truly the best customer experience I’ve had in at least 5 years. We tore our family SUV up good, and thanks to Caliber it looks like new again. End result is good but took numerous delays, and at no point were any conveniences or Caliber covered rental car provided despite the delays being solely their fault due to workmanship.

I would give them 10/5 stars!!!!!
I found Shawn Kang and his team after multiple failed attempts to get in elsewhere.
Shawn and his team got my car fixed back to brand new, very fast turn around time, and they also had 10/5 stars with the customer service!
I also forgot my MacBook in the lobby and they found it and called me to let me know! You can tell Shawn takes care of his staff and customers!
Will continue to work with Shawn and his team for all future needs and will recommend them to all! Thank you again!
