Brakes felt soft while I was visiting and needed an oil change anyway so I took it in to get it checked out. Told Scott I JUST needed an oil change and to make sure my brakes were good for a 6 hour drive home the next day. Inspection came back with a whole slew of "immediate issues" including a full replacement of front and back brake pads and rotors, engine mounts, serpentine belt, cabin and air filter replacements, etc. Told him again to just do the oil change and whatever I needed to be safe on the road so I could get to my trusted mechanic back home. Ended up being charged 1800 for the front and back pads and rotors and an oil change. Come to find out my mechanic had replaced the rear brake pads and rotors last year, so that was completely unnecessary. They saw I was desperate to get back on the road and got everything they could outta me. Got back on the road to head home, and guess what? Brakes were still soft. Beware!

Working in the area coming up from Richmond for the day, Bradham happily took my request and they were able to have me back on the road in a rather short amount of time with no issues!

I'm so glad we took our friend's advice and we had an equally fantastic experience with Bradham! They were extremely thorough and communicated with us through each step of the service. This shop is located in my neighborhood and maintains a pristine and professional appearance. Their employees show kindness, listen to your concerns about your car, are thorough, honest, and trustworthy which is a rare find in this industry. Their prices are reasonable and explained upfront. A great shop if you need a reliable place for maintenance and upkeep on your car!

This place is absolutely amazing. They will work with you on pick up and drop off of your vehicle. You can schedule or reschedule via email. Once your vehicle is there, you can track the progress as the mechanics do their thing. You can also pay online. Front desk and mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. If you need quality work, this is the place.

I’ve brought both of my older cars to Bradham—my 2000 Subaru Forester and my 2006 Honda CR-V.
I’ve had good experiences with their work, and trust their mechanics enough that last Fall I drove my CR-V to Maine, then into Ontario Canada without having to worry about if it would hold up.
