Always a great place to stop and gas up. Great staff. When COVID hit and I could not get a oil change at my usual places. I had it done here. This is my back up and I like the atmosphere from the staff.

I see why, this shop has a five star rating! Great service! Did for me in a few hours what other shops were telling me I would have to make an appointment and wait two weeks plus to be seen. Worth the wait! While in the office, I was told by another customer that she had been bringing her BMW here for 30 years. Pleased I found it!!! ?

Looks like a trash place. Very dirty. I know that making money while sitting on a gas station is a first priority thing but keeping your business nice and clean should be included as well.

They have worked on 4 of my cars and every time the service has been impeccable. Their techs are always friendly, responsive, and have immense knowledge on both foreign and domestic cars. They offered sound advice as to what my car needs and does not need. They also do state inspections which is very convenient. This is my only go to place for any mechanical-related work!

I happened to be at the adjacent gas station, and my gas door wouldn’t open—the guy came right out and helped me open it/bent it back into shape! A total life saver.

Import Auto Service has always come through for me. I don't know alot about cars but Import Auto has always been there to support me with any questions. When I was concerned about a light going off in my car, I stopped by and they fit me in to assure me that my car was drivable and helped me understand what the issue was and come up with a plan. They go above and beyond and I feel lucky to have their support. As a single mom, it feels good to know you're not getting taken advantage of during a vulnerable moment and they also care about your family's safety. I highly recommend them to anyone.

To the management I was in the store and the lady was cleaning the store and the store was smelling nice she help me out with bp reward card she very nice,kind the service is good. I see other bp gas station but 6540 is the best I went to.thank you for your service
