Worst mechanics on Rt 1, in the Alexandria area!! The head guy Edwin will tell you he can work on all cars but he ruined my friends Mercedes that was an easy gas pump replace!! I have been using them for simple repairs because they are cheap, but the reason they are cheap is because they are just back yard mechanics, probably not a certified mech in the bunch!! Gas is always a few cents higher and the mechanics are morons!! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place!!!

For a somewhat old shop it was very clean. The service Mgr. was very informative and the technicians very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Let me help get these reviews up..This place gets you in and out and they give good deals....Not sure why they have a 2.6 rating jusy moved to the area and Ive had my car serviced three times this place is good to me....Dont go to the Sunco across the streeet they are trash and the customer service sucks......

I got up early found the parts this BP needed to repair a flat tire, a sensor and the tire and wheel. Dropped if off at 10 am or before, it was a 15-20 min job! After never receiving a call, I called them around 5 pm and it still was not ready! I told them to get my parts together, I was coming to get it NOW!! It took me 10 mins to get there and they had installed the stem sensors and mounted the tire but didn't even balance. So on day three I have to get up again and get to a local Sunoco to have my wheel balanced and mounted on my car, since the BP left me to do it in the rain!! The owner is as nice s they come but their mechanic is unorganized and disrespectful to loyal customers! I guarantee I will never expose my self to such treatment! And to think I waited through the weekend just because I thought I could trust these guys but their only response was they were busy.....I have been a customer there over two years so if I get pushed to the back of the list just because I only have a tire repair. They got my last dollar, gas prices are always too high too!!!

My experience was very bad with the person who runs the workshop where they do the emissions and inspections because he tries to bring up problems that have nothing to do with the emissions and he gets angry because he is not given the job... he treats people very badly. Hispanic because a boy arrived who looked humble and treated him badly... it's a shame that he is another Hispanic and doesn't treat people well. I do not recommend it

It's usually about two cent cheaper than the Sunoco diagonally across the street from them. They don't allow you in the store ? at all. Everything is behind bulletproof glass and put in a revolving door on the counter

There is manager called Edwin , I guess . He charged me $100 something to diagnose my AC issue and promised will give me good price for the requested repair upon acknowledging it. Then he came asked for $300 something to replace a conduits . The conduit cost $70 not $120 . Some people in autozone sent me there and he is thief , charge you double others workshop around and make dirty business with ppl working in autozone . He is keep yelling inside the workshop and call himself doc . The workshop just after him 100ft did it for $150 including the parts?
