Customer service is useless. Today at 3pm I arrived at the store because I wanted to change my phone. The lady who helped me was very rude. She demanded $80 p and that I add one more line if I wanted to change my phone. When I told her I didn't want another line What I wanted was to change my phone. I showed him the messages from Boost Mobil that he could choose a Motorola G for $39.99. He ignored me completely. He put headphones in his ears and started talking to another customer who was there at that time.I don't recommend that store at all.

I wish I can give zero star. I purchased iPhone 14 and this phone uses e-sim only, since I boost I went to this office so that they will do the e-sim registration for me. OMG November was the worst month for me, they were two girls in there they racial profiled me, a Spanish guy came into the store the two girls with the guy speak the language I don’t understand and they laugh at me, I was on that phone with the customer service because they couldn’t help me. Anytime the customer service lady on the phone ask me to do something on the phone and I have difficulty I go to the two girls in the store they say they can’t they don’t do that. Then when I turn away they laugh with the guy. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I REGRETTED EVER USING BOOST. I left the store and went straight to T- MOBILE store, they help me now I use T- MOBILE and forever happy. I wish boost never existed don’t waste your penny with them. TRASH.

I'm not sure what is wrong with the boost mobile stores in this area. Each and every one would accept my call and say nothing on the line then hang up or hang up mid conversation.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Sales associate who helped harassed me through text when I went home later. Manager and other staff member did nothing to help me. Contacted the police and withdrew my patronage.

I don't even know the people that work in there but they have gone beyond to provide a good customer service, everytime I've walked in I been greeted with a satisfactory experience, would highly recommend.

On June 25th, I visited this location and spoke with Carlos. I had already upgraded my existing plan to the family plan. He told me that all I needed to pay was $24 (this includes taxes and activation fees). He checked my account BUT did not contact customer service about adding lines. Today, June 26th, I visited the exact same store and was quoted (after Josseline spoke with customer service) a DIFFERENT price. She thoroughly explained to me how these changes/fees will work. So, tomorrow per Josseline all I WILL be paying is $30 for the line, $24 to include taxes/activation and $7 for insurance. The total cost is $61. Tomorrow, June 27th, I will be making trip NUMBER TWO because of his misinformation and failure to take extra steps like Josseline did today. She was very helpful and courteous and professional because she went above and beyond. Kimberly will be there tomorrow (as she stated) and will complete this transaction. I was told there are plenty of Moto g7's in stock and I expect to get one tomorrow.
