i got sideswiped and immediately wanted to get it fixed. every other shops’ turnaround time was at least a week - 2 weeks was the longest. and my quotes started at $1800!??
i found VM on google in hopes of finding a place that would get this fixed with a decent time frame and at a reasonable price, and boy did i get lucky.
not only did Kimberly give me an UNBEATABLE estimate, she made sure i was booked to get my car fixed and finished within 3 days; thurs-saturday lunch. her and her team gave me my car back THAT FRIDAY!! a little over 24 hours later!!! they detailed the inside and the outside of my car without ask, and i was blown away. this will be the shop that i’ll be taking my car to when i need work to be done or a car clean. Kimberly and her team were beyond professional and took care of me better than any other shop i’ve been to before. i will be back!! thank you!!”
“Mr. Choi just knows how to think in the shoes of the customer. He was honest and earnest about everything he said and did. Any and all questions I had, he answered them all perfectly without the use of any jargon, and all of them professionally and with patience. Because of how I was told, and have experienced, how mechanics rip customers off, and how you should generally not trust them, I was hesitant at first, but he and his employees completely changed my mind on how I view them. It seems like I have found my car service-place to go! Shout out to Mr. Choi, Julian, and Brian; you guys are just best at what you guys do! the bmw dealer wanted $200 just to "diagnose".
spoke to Andreas - who told me when to come to avoid a wait (I got in with NO wait). he checked the fluid and said it didn't need replacing for atleast another year. charged me <$20.
a big thank you guys. definitely be taking my bmw there for servicing from now.”

“From the time I walked in the door to the time the repair was completed it was a first class experience. I got an estimate sent to me with no hassle or stress. An appointment was made for the repair time and they were ready. I dropped off my van and it was ready the next week as was the estimated time. My van has a fancy multi layer paint and they matched it perfectly. All of this at the estimated price. If I need body work or paint again I will be right back here with Daryl and the rest of the crew!”

“I wish you could give 6 stars! Linton and his team were able to fix damage from a moving truck running into my parked vehicle. The front bumper needed to be replaced, the passenger fender and inner parts to the wheel well were all damaged. As well as the turning indicator lights. Not only did his team fix and paint (with perfect color matching BTW) the car - they did it in just a few days! Yes, days. The work was great, and Linton was in communication with me the entire time. There is a 0% change you can tell there was damage, let alone as mush as there was! The repair was flawless. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Didn't have any paint repairs done, so I can't review that. However, I did stop by quite a few months ago to get a quote on a small repair. My bumper was hanging off and there was a kind gentleman that stopped what he was working on and helped to affix it back. Then he gave me a very reasonable quote to finish the repairs/paint. I ended up selling the car, but I kept their card because he was so nice and patient and the price was so reasonable that should I ever need it, I'd definitely be back. Thank you!”

“I got a headlight repaired at Yates, and after a few months my husband noted that is was weirdly crooked. Took my car back and showed them the issue and they jumped right on the repairs. They made sure it was done right and even offered to eat the cost if my insurance company balked. They offer a great warranty on their work and we were more than pleased with the customer service. They really go above and beyond. They will be our go to repair shop for any future unfortunate issues.”

“My brand new Subaru Crosstrek was rear ended on the way to work one morning and I looked into who the dealership recommended for bodywork. I saw that the recommendation was VAL Collision and had the car towed there for the work to be completed. VAL Collision could not have been kinder during the whole process. My car was ready in a timely manner and the work was amazing. I can’t see any evidence of being rear ended. My car still even has the new car smell. “Overland tracked down a root problem that was causing error codes in many systems, nailing it the first try. So many warning lights were on the dash looked like a Christmas tree, but the team at OVERLAND fixed many error codes with one repair. Also took the time to take care of a nuisance exhaust leak so our truck is quieter, has more power, and doesn’t appear ready for a junk yard. Definitely recommend taking your vehicle to the people who know how to fix complex issues and will care enough to do it properly.”

“Caliber Collision on Farrington Ave in Alexandria, VA did the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks like it never had any damage. When I picked it up, it shined like it was new. Donald was the body tech. He made my car look perfect! David was the painter. I can't tell what he painted...no paint lines or variances in the color. Marlon was my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car on the day it was promised. This is a before and after shot. The before shot doesn't really show all of the damage. The after shot has Donald and Tre in it.”
