I purchased a used Infiniti out of state and the process couldn’t have been smoother, from sales to paperwork to shipping it all went perfectly and the car arrived in excellent condition just as described. Top notch operation and highly recommended! Abed is the man!

Terrible experience from beginning to end. They were obviously backed up but continued accepting new appointments because why not...screw the customers. You will never be able to reach your advisor by phone and they will only text you back for an update if you're lucky. My car was there for 5 weeks and there was little to no communication.
My extended warranty did not cover the repair due to miscommunication on the part of the technician. I do not recommend you come here.

From the moment we stepped on the lot, we were greeted by some friendly service gentlemen while we awaited a salesman. Habib showed up and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions and school-girl level excitement. (I’m so sorry, Habib.) He spent much time explaining the car, the many features and demo’d until we were thoroughly informed of the car’s capabilities. We were not pressured to buy at any time - it had such a relaxed vibe - even on the last day of the month!!! Jeremy in finance was thorough as well as kind and funny! And finally, Krishma- the “genius” got us all connected and walked us through even more features. She was so sweet, thorough, and made sure we left comfortable navigating the many features. I will 100% recommend the team at BMW of Alexandria! Excellent service and some of the kindest personalities in the business. Thank you for the most enjoyable car buying experience to date!!

Mr. Skinner is a great employee!
Our BMW was at this dealership for 4 weeks. The service advisor and general manager would not call us back on the status of our car that was damaged while in their care -sap from a tree they parked it under ruined our paint.
Mr. Skinner took over for the service advisor and established great communication with us and resolved the issues. He stands head and shoulders above anyone else we had dealings with. Mr. Skinner is the only employee that showed any compassion & responsibility for our situation.
Mr. Skinner kept a bad situation from getting worse. He is a very valuable employee!!!

Thanks AJ Wiggins for helping me out for my BMW X6 M, super fast getting a diagnosis done and was very attentive.
