Bjs is a wonderful wholesale store. The prices/quality, parking, and employees are superb. I wanted to specifically give a shout-out to a incredibly nice and professional cashier named Miguel. I had no idea how to use the Bjs app and he took the time to show me all its features. Thank you! My shopping experience has been 10x better because of him. :)

First time ordering same day service with BJs as it was a horrible experience. I did not know the delivery person would be used by a third party (Door Dash), horrible but very awesome driver (Andrew S). When Andrew arrived, I immediately saw the delivery was not what I ordered. While Andrew contact Door Dash, I contact BJs (this location). Once connected with a representative, this particular male/female was rude and ghetto when speaking with me. I request to speak with a supervisor who took over the call and began speaking with my husband to resolve the matter. For a while, it was consistent blaming with no accountability from BJs staff regarding the mishap . In conclusion, I managed to receive a refund, Andrew was amazing, and the day continues to go on. Please consider shopping in-store as I will never use this feature again.

Stupid, abusive is what they are, a woman of the African American race came up to help me but she did it with an attitude that made it seem like her boyfriend had thrown her out last night, I have no need for their stupidity, learn to appreciate the client, we We pay their stupid salaries, that's why that BJ's looks empty every time I go, I'm surprised that store is still open.

So, I usually don't have too many issues at this place, but today was unbelievable to me. I have been trying to reach the deli for FOUR HOURS and to no avail! The only person that was answering the phone today was the tire department. For some reason, he was the only one able to answer a call. My company spends hundreds of thousands of dollars there a year and the fact that NOONE is reachable is utterly ridiculous. I called member services, no answer. The deli, no answer and all the calls ring back to the tire department. Can I just say that the only reason that I gave 2 stars is because the gentleman in the tire department tried to help as much as possible and noone would answer his request to help a customer on the phone for the deli.

Bought a box of ice cream sandwich and look at this. OMG!!!!!! It was melted and refrozen. I called the customer service and they wanted me to bring it back for refund. Are u serious? LOL!!!!

Store manager Raoul needs to be replaced with a more business orientated member. He lets his ego take over instead of handling business accordingly. He also lets the employees dictate what and when they will do instead of prioritizing in order to run the store as it should be run. By far the worst BJ'S location in the DMV. If you're the DM and you've read this I would most likely suggest sending him to training along with a long sit down on how he needs to improve his attitude. I would definitely check up on this man weekly and get some input from some of the employees about his actions.

Went to this location to get a pallet of water which I had previously done before spoke to the manager and he told me that they could not bring the pallet to the front of the store so I could load it up myself if you are a contractor trying to get water for your employees take your business some where else

Worse management they are rude and unprofessional I’m just talking about truck delivery.They supposed to give duck door 1-2 but knowingly they give you 3-4 but they don’t have enough space door 3-4 .Bad attitude .

0 customer service I think her name is akü or whatever ?♀️ when I get in the store I was in the phone and I forgot to grab the cart , there is a few cart behind her when I asked her to grab the cart the way she talking to me in unprofessional way rude and screaming I don’t know how she was dealing with the other customer , I don’t wanna come back this store disgusting and unprofessional customer service honestly I don’t want come back this BJ’s ever , even Costco has an amazing customer service

I was blessed to find the most incredible help at the BJs tire center in Duke Street. Harry went above and beyond making sure I was safe and felt heard. I HIGHLY recommend this team!!

I will never shop at this location again! Van Dorn, this means you! We had a really bad experience with an online order last month that wasted 4 hours. Customer Service is non existent and they make up their own rules despite what the website states. No price adjustments, online coupons don’t calculate even when you add them to the app. Arbitrary limits on gift cards. The CS Manager lied, when I requested they pull my purchase history and said a they upgrade thei system and all my 2023 purchase history was lost. Also lied and said the 1 gift card limit per day was in effect over a year. I buy gift cards every month at this location and this is the first I heard today. I go to Falls Church and no problems retrieving my purchase history and no problem with the gift cards either. Very poor Service on Van Dorn to lie to customers to get out of helping them. When your store sales suffer, please understand it is due to poor, dishonest Management.

Have always had good luck at this BJ’s. This month the meat/deli dept was especially helpful with a special order. Meat Manager Alex was terrific with getting the order set up and seeing things though, and 2 staffers at the deli counter were so helpful and great to talk with. Had a great experience, terrific rotisserie chickens (like 20!) and especially enjoyed the people.
