Terrible service, and poor delivery and staffing.I ordered and paid for 2 tires and installation over 2 weeks ago and was told I would be called as soon as the 2nd tire is delivered.I received no call, and when I called no one picked up for me to schedule an appointment.I’m disappointed because at the time of payment one tire was available for installation and they were happy to install it for me immediately so they could collect my money. But when I got there today at 9 am, opening time after trying to reach them multiple times for over 2 weeks to confirm if my tires had arrived and to book an appointment they refused to assist me and asked I schedule an appointment for another date and come back.Only one new staff was present and a manager from another Fairfax BJs, who arrived later and offered poor listening skills, no conflict resolution skills and poor service delivery management. I sat there for over 2 hours and missed another appointment I scheduled. During the week I’m going to pick up my tire and have it installed else where because it’s not worth the stress.I highly recommend you get your tires from other auto shops which deliver better service at a cheaper rate without installation fees and respect other peoples time. This is not a one time incident. Go through the reviews’ comments and see for yourself. My brother had the same experience and at the time I was ordered my car tires and paid I witnessed another customer going through the same dilemma. The associate assured me that would not be my experience. Today I saw someone with a 9am appointment also waiting for installation.Sad to see that it is and BJs management and corporate have no care at all.

I have received the absolute best service today. I called last night as I was having issues at BJ’s club in capital heights, md for a tire replacement. Frank told me to come in today after 2pm. I arrived a bit earlier and when I say they got me in and started my paperwork right away. Frank explained the warranty on my tires and then some. He was also able to provide me with the corporate number to file a complaint at the other location. I’m beyond happy and satisfied with the service. I’m definitely coming back here for future services of my tires. Sadly, Frank is leaving and I wish him the best of luck on his future endeavors.

The store is nice. The pickup service is good. DO NOT use the Tire Center except to purchase. Twice they have "balanced" my tires (actually, what they did is they put them OUT of balance) and I had to pay someone else to fix it!!! The mechanic at Georgetown Auto told me the wholesale clubs have "free" service because they hardly pay their techs anything. Low pay=inexperienced and clueless techs.

Easy pickup experience of an online order. Fast and friendly cashiers. I also went in to buy some truffles. Super fast self-checkout experience. They are always running promotions and deals. I love BJ's! The parking lot is huge, clean, and well maintained.

I buy a lot for my large family and everytime I get pick up end up getting expired food, for example I just bought 2 almond milk containers and one of them expired a whIke ago so when I called and said I can send a picture of what I just received and pointed out the fact that I live 30 minutes away and had not bought almond milk in over several months was told I have to drive there again and return it so I can get a refund. I dont understand why you are selling customers expired food which you should be able to see from their order nor why you are requiring people who have their address on file to drive long distances to get their money back for items that clearly should not be sold to the public. overall not worth/too many I stance of the same issu.

Updating review since I have seen some changes. We used to be approached by sales people (home improvement, phones,vester delivery service) each visit. It was tedious. That doesn't happen any more. The produce is one of my favorite sections. They even have plant based items. The only thing lacking is a dressing room! The coats and clothes are great. The athletic pants and leggings are quality and less expensive than other stores.

BJ Alexandria VAN Dorn Street I was standing in line to check out of the store, only purchased a bag of chips. Huge line with people who had large amounts to be checked out. I skipped a few people in line and they seem to be fine with it since I apologized. Then the lady who checked the receipts starting screaming and yelling for me to go back into the line, embarrassing me in front of everybody. she was screaming "go back!! show me your receipt!! what are you doing!!". I showed her my receipt and went back to talk to the manager because of her inappropriate behavior. I was angry and explained to the manager what had happened and i admitted that I did something wrong but she still had no right to talk to me like that. I told him that this was disrespectful and made me want to cancel my BJ's membership, and he told me go ahead. He seemed to be defensive and didn't want to solve the problem. He said he will talk to her direct manager, but I left unsatisfied and angry. Terrible customer service.

My colleague always talks about BJ's, so I went online and applied for a "Day Pass". The online site seems to be just items that were on sale. So, I went to BJ's and the parking lot seemed to be a little empty too be on a Saturday. Okay, three customers in line for customer service and four employees behind the counter and I still waited 20 minuets. Because one employee stated she only work stock. Once I got to the counter, I was told that I had to pay for a one-day pass or 10% of the purchase. But online was free and you just have to pull up and the store would load it in your trunk. An empty parking lot, an empty store and bad customer service. Hench the reason I got to Costco.

Frank was extraordinarily humble and helpful. I am a client of Bj’s; this is my third time to obtained car services from Frank. He's a marvelous guy and proficient at who is ready to serve others; figure out the case with the cars. I recommend it to anyone who glimpsing for help to interact with Frank. Literally sat on hold for over an hour to put in a deli order in , I was told I needed to come into the store to place my deli catering order becuase no one was there to take the order. My point to whoever I was talking if no one is there to take the order over the phone who is there once I am in the store. So he took the order relunctly, when I requested a manager some one picked up the phone and then hung it up. Me being the person that I am it just added fuel to my fire and now I am writing the Regional Manager on the poor customer service at the Alexandria VA 101 S. Van Dorn Street, Alexandria VA .

Frank was very helpful and an outstanding customer rep!! He truly helps you from the kindness of his heart and not a sleazy salesman looking to rip you off. Give this man a promotion and a raise, god bless this man!!
