Mario provided a service I had never experienced before. He offered to meet with me after I had driven my new Subaru for a few weeks. He showed me many important hings about the car that I had missed. And we took the car out on the road so I could experience some of the unique safety features. He is a great guy and I appreciated his clarity and ability to answer questions. And he offered to answer any questions in the future.

When I walked on the lot 4 years ago, I knew little about Subarus. Their sales department was great at explaining all the features and helping me find the model I wanted and needed. They weren't pushy and were very responsive. Sales convinced me to give a Subaru a try, the vehicle and their service department turned me into a Subie fan and advocate. I've already convinced others to convert as well. No regrets, I love my Forester!Nothing but positive experiences with all my interactions. I still come here for service even when there's dealerships closer to me now.Buy a Subaru here, along with the service package and you won't be disappointed.The WRX below was on the floor the day of this post.

I went to several Subaru dealers in Northern Virginia: Farris, Stohlman, Dulles, Beyer. Finally, I placed an order for the Forester 2022 from the factory at Beyer and the car came within 6 weeks. Chris Clark was the salesperson helping me out of the process. Chris provided all the information I need and made the process painless. Unlike other salesmen, who over-did it, Chris provided me room and time to make my choice and decision. I recently purchases my first Subaru, a Forester, and have been in love with the car! It handles very well, all of the technology is extremely helpful, and I can tell it's a car I'll be having for a long time.Mario was a member of staff that I worked with to learn more in depth about a lot of the new features of the car. He was extremely friendly, explained things very clearly, and overall pleasant to be around. I would definitely recommend working with him if you can!

I was shopping for a New 2022 WRX. Even though no Dealerships had the car on the lot, Beyer Subaru helped me build to order my vehicle and had it shipped to me in record time. I highly recommend Jason Low as your sales dealer. He is a really great guy, and will work with you to get what you need. He also treats you with the upmost respect and will contact your afterwards, to make sure you are satisfied.If you plan to finance your car, I also highly recommend their finance team. They worked with me to figure out how many discounts I can get in financing my new 2022 WRX.

My experience at the Service Center was amazing! Shay was fantastic. She helped me (as someone with little automobile knowledge) understand what was going to be done with my car and provided me with calls/texts along the way. Marlon's sense of humor and willingness to help was also greatly appreciated. I am so glad that I decided to take my car to Beyer after some lower quality care at other body shops. Thank you all!

I am pleased with my experience at this dealership. I tried to buy the same new car at a different Subaru out of state, and the seller didn’t show much respect for my time.When I called Beyer Subaru, Jason was accommodating and made the purchase process very smooth and easy. He was transparent about their inventory and even offered their delivery service if I couldn’t drive to Alexandria. Days later, Mario Ballesteros called me to go over the vehicle's features; I experienced excellent service, and they have helped me enjoy my car's features. Satisfied customer.

I traveled from out of state to purchase my new Subaru from Beyer last month. Yet, even with the additional logistics that came with purchasing a car in a different state, Jason and his team made it a seamless process. I’ll keep it short & to the point, but I honestly cannot say enough about my positive experience! It was all around easy and straightforward process. Awesome experience from start to finish to include when Jason volunteered to drive to my house to return some things I forgot at the dealership. Best car buying experience I have had to date. Special thanks to Jason in sales and Daniela in finance for assisting us throughout the process and getting us back on the road in our new vehicle within two hours of walking in the door!We highly recommend Beyer Subaru and will definitely be return customers.

This needs to be said to everyone, and I hope it makes it out to all. There was a finance individual who recommended the Zurich select protection package for my car. He told me that any dents or scratches would be covered on the car once I purchased this package. I thought that sounds awesome, I’ll go for it. He lied, I should have read the contract and not listened to him. I came back to get a scratch fixed on my car and they said that’s not part of my contract and that individual lied to you and has since been fired, however, they still did nothing to rectify the situation.Fast forward about a year later, I try to put a claim in for dents which is covered. Zurich came back to me and said it was not covered because it’s environmental and that’s not part of the contract. So I spent a nice amount of money on a protection package and can’t use any of it. I should have absolutely read the contract, however, the way the lying finance guy explained it to me was that ANY dents and ANY scratches were covered on my car.Bottom line, DO NOT GET ANY ADDITIONAL PROTECTION PACKAGES. It’s all a nice big scam, and their finance department can absolutely not be trusted to tell you all the details. I expected better from Beyer Subaru, but they have not helped me at all.Service: Financing

Not super happy with Beyer Subaru, went in for a standard 36k mile service and I have been having issues with my car dying. Service person told me that a battery check was included in the 36k mile service, proceeded to charge me $70 to look at my battery… stated there was no issue with the battery and no draw. Took my car back home, continues to die on me, I check the idle draw with a multimeter, draw is obviously present. Still confused I go back and replace my battery (since they recommended it) anyways since they stiff armed me by charging me $70 already. My multimeter was in the car, after two hours of replacing my battery (who takes this long to replace a battery and give a “quick wash”) my multimeter is taken from my center console. I mention it at the dealership and they assure me they will find it or reimburse me. I call 3 times until I finally I just escalate to the GM of the dealership. The sent me a check, which I’m cool with, however my car still dies. I don’t feel like they did their due diligence since I detected a draw and they claim they didn’t. Feel like they are just trying to juice me, I won’t be returning to this dealership.Services: General repairs & maintenance

They were absolutely wonderful. We were traveling to meet family and had a check engine light come on. Took it in first thing in the morning and they looked at it right away. A little while later I was back on the road feeling confident in my vehicle. They solved the issue quickly and were kind and helpful through the whole process.Dealerships like this are why I will keep coming back to Subaru. It is great to feel like I can not only rely on my local shop, but on any other Subaru dealer as well.
