UPDATE:...I do appreciate you taking the time to respond to my message but I do think you are missing the point. While availability of parts is an unfortunate uncontrollable issue, what was under the control of your shop was communication. Had your shop provided better communication and accurate information when communicating, there would have been 90% less stress during this ordeal. Yes my car is in pristine shape now, but the customer interactions left much to be desired. I leave this review in hopes that you all will do better, not to just bash a business.NOT RECCOMENDED. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from an Autobody Repair shop in my life. They received my vehicle in November of 2023. I didn't get it back until February 22, 2024. The biggest problem is the lack of communication with me as a customer and amongst their staff. I would call to check on the status of my vehicle to be told they were waiting for a part, then all the parts would be in by a certain date, then a part arrived damaged so they were "waiting " again, then the part arrived but they didn't know where it was, then it's in line to be painted then finally continuous "I don't have a time frame of when to expect your vehicle. We will give you a call back to let you know an expected date " but they never called back. I finally called Monday and was told they still didn't knowContacted my insurance company for them to call and find out they expected it to be done in 2 days. Why didn't they tell me. Then I was told to pickup my car at 530pm. I drive more than an hour to get there and arrive an hour early to find out they hadn't picked my vehicle up from the dealership and they need to detail it so it wouldn't be ready until 1230 the next day. I only chose this place because it was recommended by the Jaguar dealer. I understand there s a back log and wait for parts. But this entire experience could have been better if they communicated and communicated accurate information.

I had my Range Rover Sport taken in for repairs after hitting a deer just before Christmas and the communication has been disappointing to say the least. I emailed the estimate from State Farm and never received confirmation or follow, I called and asked for an update and was told that the parts were being ordered and I would receive a call or email on an estimated time of repair. No contact was ever made, I gave it 3 business days since the New Years holiday was with a day or so of that call. I still haven’t heard anything, I then sent an email to the “info” email address asking for an update AND added a read receipt for the email and after 2 days it wasn’t read. The lack of communication is amazing and something that needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY! I should have taken it to Land Rover Tysons for repair but chose this company associated with Land Rover Alexandria. If communication is important to you, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.************* UPDATE SINCE LAST REVIEW***************The owner reached out to me after my previous update, he worked directly with me to get my truck fixed and with dealing with delays in the supply chain and the shortage of parts worked to get my truck back to me. He was responsive and did everything he could to not only improve the communication that was the issue before but also make sure that I was happy with the service I was provided. I feel much better about the company knowing the owner takes pride in not only the service they provide but the image they have. 5 stars easy!

My vehicle was towed here for minor repairs in September 2023 and I am still awaiting completion in January 2024. After multiple phone calls seeking updates on the status of repairs, during which the person who answered the calls was unable to confirm the status with their manager, I am still awaiting a response. If you are seeking timely repairs and professional communications, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I was helped by Maddie with parts for my car and i was satisfied with all the help, prices and attention i received by her. I will definitely recommend this location and maddie who was very friendly and amazing by helping. I have had bad experience in the past with other collisions but i am very happy with this location !

I have taken several luxury vehicles to them for repairs not because I'm a bad driver. The quality has been superb the price has been more than fair. And Mr Eddie was even nice enough to give me a really great Christmas gift for my land rover. I definitely suggest that you talk to Miss Maddie and consider them for your auto body repair needs.

Horrible, horrible experience. They have had my vehicle for over 120 days and are never able to provide meaningful updates. The agents I speak to are always clueless, they told me all the parts were in and then I called back a week later they said they were still missing 20+ parts. They told me a supervisor would call 5 times and this never happens and still haven’t heard from them. When I call I get put on hold for 20 mins and never answered. Such a poor group to work with that I am contemplating having my vehicle moved even though we’re this far down the path. Very disappointed. I know parts take a long time but the communication and customer service is really what bothers me the most.

This is an excellent place to take your vehicle for paint and body work. I am pleased with the results and there is no way tell anything happened to it. You need to understand though that they are slammed with work and they're not going to be able to get your vehicle taken care of right away. Patience is key.Services: Painting

My elderly mother took her Subaru Outback here after someone ran into her. Beyer Collision had the car for quite a while and it still leaks water, smells of mildew and the interior support frame cover keep popping out.

The hood of my Lexus RX was badly pitted (stones flew off a dump truck). Beyer repainted the hood perfectly. It matches the rest the car and you would never know the paint is not original.

Bottomline, don't use this business. Almost 2 months and my car was not repaired as promised in a timely manner.I agreed with this business to work on my car body repair in the first week of June, 2022. Insurance check was given to the business which was cashed right away. Initially there was some delay in receiving parts but parts received on week of june 26. the car was dropped off on July 4th and was never looked at until 11th when I called to pick up my car. They then discovered that there is additional damage and more parts need to be ordered and more delays occurred.Since they are responsible for the delay, I demand that this business pay the insurance company and myself the fee of the rental car that I am using on every day that this repair is delayed.By the way the only one that I can receive information from is someone that is not working in that branch. She has to call the falls church branch and get back to me, sometimes right away and sometimes few days later, can you imagine!!I called the branch manager/owner several times. Each time I was told that he will call back. never did. That is how reputable this business is.Now, it’s August 4th the work is done and the shop is holding the car bc they mistakenly contacted the appraiser instead of the insurance agent for supplemental repair payment causing more delay in insurance payment and consequently holding the car hostage.I will update further if needed so everyone knows how this business runs.Service: Body & Trim

Second time taking my car to this place both times great experiences dealing with them. Rodrigo took care of the issue with the door promptly and in a professional matter. The front desk person (can't remember her name) was very helpful setting up my appointment and keeping me informed on the status of my car. Going to go back again.... Just have to get some things done before and then they going to fix the rest of my truck. Their work shows quality. Just make sure you have a second car, if you can and rental coverage during the time for repairs. They are really busy.
