Fast, affordable and INCREDIBLE experience. Came in for a complicated watch repair including a broken band + second hand. Walked in the store at 4:20 and was out by 4:50! AND they were handling another person too! Had two other jewelry shops tell me I would need to order a new, off brand watch band, but these guys had me walking out with my watch looking amazing and repaired w the same one!

Reliable shop with great and fast service that’s taken good care of my time pieces, including repairing my authentic German cuckoo clock, over the years. Just picked up my 14 year old daily wear watch after a battery replacement and cleaning that erased all of the scratches and it looks brand new.

I went in for two battery replacements and was hoping to replace an old damaged leather watch band as well. I showed up a bit before opening at 10am, and Daniel and Alexa were kind enough to let me in a few minutes early. Daniel did the battery replacements right in front of me in less than 10 minutes, and helped me pick out a great leather band. When I asked about some higher priced bands, he was happy to show me but wasn't pushy about upselling at all. Daniel even showed me some features that I didn't know my watch had that will hopefully extend battery life! Super reasonable prices, and Daniel is an expert on watches. An exceptional customer service experience! Thanks all! I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Every once in a while you find an establishment that you know you're going to stick with. It is a rare thing these days to find professionalism, top-tier service levels in conjunction with a mastery of their craft. I've become a fan and repeat patron of Rami and Daniel of Belle View Jewelers. They are able to quickly diagnose any fixes that may be needed and deliver true quality in their work. Not only do they do all of my watch and clock repairs, I've also had them help me with various jewelry and precious metal matters that have come up over the years. I'm convinced that they're the best in their trade and Alexandria is lucky to have them within reach.

Five star friendliness and customer service. $25 to change a watch battery seems steep, but at least they’re fast. Everything has a 15-20% markup, which wouldn’t be bad if they were just upfront and transparent about it. Most items I’ve seen don’t have visible price tags so they tell you the price from memory. Makes you feel like they’re price gouging. Been here a few times and each time they’ve done solid repair work, unfortunately I will have to shop retail online where the pricing is more fair. It’s a shame because they have a lovely variety of things to choose from.

The two gentlemen working here are very knowledgeable in this trade and well experienced in repairing watches. Also, if you’d like to have a watch authenticated I’d say this is the place to go. We are very satisfied with the service we received and will continue to refer to family and friends here. Very polite and family vibe staff, and they also have a vast selection of affordable high end watches and jewelry. Thank You Guys

Belle View Jewelers has consistently provided excellent customer service. They demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship by creating a new gold setting for a lapis ring and exquisitely repaired a 50 year old gold platted lapis watch . I also purchased a beautiful Opal ring at their store and I was impressed with their strong customer service ethic to help you find the best ring to fit your personal and financial needs.

With no notice, and while I waited, Belle View Jewelers was able to remove bracelet links from a Rolex. They were patient and helped me to fit it just right. I'll be back for sure!

My wife absolutely loves Belle View Jewelers. She has bought lots of jewelry from the store, as well as watches. She swears by Belle View Jewelers, and does all of her shopping for jewelery there. My wife also gets her watches repaired at Belle View Jewelers. The store is family owned and seeks to bond with its customers. Indeed, it sends my wife Happy Birthday and Christmas cards. You can't get better than that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
