I had a terrible experience with this store. Even though their product caused an allergic reaction, they refused to accept a return. I purchased a lipstick, used it once, and it severely irritated my lips. I tried talking to them and explaining the issue, but they were unhelpful, including the manager I spoke to over the phone. It seemed like their no-return policy was a scam. They also pressured me to make a purchase initially and then denied returns. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. There are better stores on King Street where your concerns are respected and addressed.

Looking for a particular brand and being disappointed all day, I happened into BellaCara thinking I was honestly thinking that I was going to be met with disappointment once again.Upon entry a lovely young lady asked what I was needing help with, I stated that I neededSome hairspray,she asked what brand I usually purchase and as I uttered "Oribe"I was expecting the same puzzled look I had encountered more than once that afternoon. To my surprise and delight,not only do they carry my hairspray BUT ALMOST THE WHOLE ORIBE LINE!Not only did I walk out with what I initially hoped for but my favorite shampoo and conditioner!It's such a cute little shop that stocks someOf the most amazing beauty brands!I have been back almost weekly since my first visit and even though I am Amazon obsessed for most things, I will always give this little jewel of a shop my business for the purchases of my favorite indulgent obsessions!

I know you wouldn't think it but they also have a selection for men. From face wash, moisturizers, and body washes to shave cream and other products. The Young Lady Abby was very helpful in finding me some Man options concerning their skin care products. It was by accident I stumbled into this lovely shop but everything happens for a reason and I'll definitely be back. Hopefully Abby will be there to help me again.

Absolutely love love love this place!!Located right on the corner of King St, Bellacara is the best cosmetic boutique in Alexandria. I take my face care seriously and appreciate that they only carry high-quality cosmetics. Very friendly staff and love the lux ambience! Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality cosmetics and skincare. I like to think of high end cosmetics and skincare as investments in my skin and it has paid off over the years.

Hands down the best beauty store in the DC area. Great selection of Oribe, living proof, Laura Mercier, Molton Brown, and so many other favorites. Staff are always super helpful too.

So adorable!! I had called a few days before to make sure they were opened as I was coming from out of town. Angela set aside some Westman Atellier and Abbey was ready to assist! So happy and what wonderful service! Can’t wait to come back and “play” with the rest of the stock!! LOL Feeling pretty! ????
