The workers are friendly, but the manager is rude. Wasn’t willing to accommodate a valid reward I had in my email. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Friendly staff, answered my questions, awesome sales going on. Picked up a couple of bottles of lotion at 75% off and some really cute bag's.

I walked in after a horrible experience with a Hospital and was very still very much out of it because of medication but Drs order was to keep waking so I walked into my favorite store and who was the first person to greet me Ms. Brianna , I commented that her name is the same as my friend's daughter and therefore I was in good hands. @bathandbodyworks you have a winner with this young lady. She was patient and graceful with me and I was so loopy so imagine my delight to have such a fantastic experience with Brianna. Please pass her my kuddos and this store has great customer service associates. Thank you again Brianna.

there was an employee at the register who was completely rude and very condescending. Her name was Kim and she had 0 costumer service skills and a lack of knowledge with coupons. I’ve dealt with the couponing system of bath and body works for over 4 years and her attitude towards what i know i can and can’t do was highly inconvenient and i left the store unsatisfied as i just didn’t want to deal with having an argument with the rude register lady.

I want to shout out Xing and Jennifer at this location! Both were helpful when I had a lot of coupons and they were both patient in making sure things were rang up correctly. Xing also even walked me through the store to give me suggestions which was so cool that she went the extra mile to help me!

I am a regular at this location for 7 years. I used to get BOMBARDED by the employees here asking if i need help. It didn't bother me, I know they're doing their job. What did bother me is that I have converted to Islam and I wear a scarf (hijab). Mind you, I was not wearing an Abaya, I was wearing jeans, large tshirt, sneakers. Stopped by the store to buy a lotion and a few 3 wick candles because they're my favorite. Not only no one approached me to ask if I needed anything. I walked up to someone for help and she walked away as if I said excuse me or something. I was literally approaching her with a question. It took me 25 minutes walking around the entire store, it is not even a large location. I gave up and left with candles only. I'm questioning myself if I should go back. I don't use the online page for purchases because I want to smell the seasonal fragrances, I don't know them.I was offended, it was messed up.

This store does not carry the products I like so I placed an order online that offered a special sale (soap 3.25) and ordered on the first day before noon this was on 14 December. I contacted them 3 times and was told I would get my order before Christmas. On 21 December my entire order was cancelled because everything was out of stock. I am not happy. I could have gone to the store further away and purchased but instead ordered online. I will never shop at this business again.

I've visited the Kingstowne store multiple timesCustomer Service on a Scale of 1-10: 6.5Store Display on a Scale of 1-10: 7Store Discounts on a Scale of 1-10: 6 (sometimes even w a coupon sales are not completely described that well. Especially since they use the buy 3, get 3 free often on body care products).Business Hours Scale of 1-10: giving a 7 (they've been closed for 2 whole months). I've been trying to change the place to temporarily closed, which they are. They had an HVAC issue, which is an issue with the air conditioning. A couple of weeks ago, we saw people in the store, assuming they're getting the air conditioning fixed. Though they'll have to toss out half their products due to them being melted like bar soaps and other items.Honestly don't give the associates a hard time, because this company pays its employees basically trash little to nothing $13 per hour. Not to mention, the managers admit they like exploiting the college girls, but won't hire anyone desperate in need of a job. I've tried applying, and they literally admitted that they intentionally wait until the summer to hire college girls. If you are in desperate need of employees and always have, "we're hiring sign" everywhere, then I guess you are not really hiring like you think you are.
