I am a serial Enterprise client, but due to the convenience of this location, I gave Avis a try. Customer service was stunningly poor/man behind the counter was rude and I hoped he wasn't there when I returned the car a week later... but unfortunately, he was there. About the car: Entered a Ford Explorer that was not clean, had a men's deodorant in the center console, and had a gas tank that was half-empty. The Ford Explorer also had some awful glitches, like a faulty back-up camera and an engine that jolted forward when you transitioned from a full stop to reverse. Their initial pricing was competitive, but their e-toll charging parameters are unjustifiably high and there is supposedly a "cleaning fee," which annoyed me, because the car wasn't clean when I received it. Overall, it was a terrible experience (like the Spirit Airlines of car rental companies). I recommend sticking with Enterprise (or trying other companies, but avoiding Avis). I surely will!

Excellent staff, this location sets the bar for expedited customer service and attention. Traveling is always stressful and these people are the reason I continue to rent from Avis.

I always try to give credit where credit is due and Matthew at this location saved our trip.It was never meant to be a 'fun' trip but our experiences with Expedia and Thrifty made it miserable. We flew in from Texas to bury my grandmother at Arlington and Expedia and thrifty screwed us when we landed at the airport. Why any company wouldn't let you know ahead of time that your 'reserved' car wasn't actually reserved or available is beyond me. Instead they let us land (at 10:00pm) and basically said "sucks to be you".After two ubers, 10 hours (two of those arguing with Expedia and thrifty) and almost being late to funeral; I started calling around found this Avis location and Matthew was able to get us in a car immediately and for a better rate. Highly recommend.
