i got sideswiped and immediately wanted to get it fixed. every other shops’ turnaround time was at least a week - 2 weeks was the longest. and my quotes started at $1800!??
i found VM on google in hopes of finding a place that would get this fixed with a decent time frame and at a reasonable price, and boy did i get lucky.
not only did Kimberly give me an UNBEATABLE estimate, she made sure i was booked to get my car fixed and finished within 3 days; thurs-saturday lunch. her and her team gave me my car back THAT FRIDAY!! a little over 24 hours later!!! they detailed the inside and the outside of my car without ask, and i was blown away. this will be the shop that i’ll be taking my car to when i need work to be done or a car clean. Kimberly and her team were beyond professional and took care of me better than any other shop i’ve been to before. i will be back!! thank you!!”

“I went with a friend to purchase a 2002 Corolla with 127,000 miles on it a couple of weeks ago. Mr. Bruce, the owner, made time at the last minute before he was headed out of town. After the test drive, the sales process was smooth and all the paperwork was done dilligently.
After a check up with the mechanic, the car was sound. The major systems were in good shape, and just some minor maintenance, fluids, etc. was done. My friend is very happy with the vehicle as a daily driver and looking forward to many years of reliable transportation without a car note.
Mr. Bruce was very honest and generous with his time, staying an later than he meant to with a great attitude. While in the office, a happy customer came by just to wish him a happy vacation. The price for the vehicle, tags, etc. were all transparent, above board, and less than a dealership. We were in and out in about an hour, stress free.
When the title came in, his collegue Mr. George, came in and made sure everything was in order, showing exactly which forms needed to be presented at the DMV and providing back up copies to make sure the documents on the day of purchase were available for the appointment (at the DMV). He was very professional, kind, and gave great customer service.
If I needed a car tomorrow, I would ask what Mr. Bruce had available and do business with him. The dealership is easy to get to and there is parking available on site.”

“Caliber Collision on Farrington Ave in Alexandria, VA did the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks like it never had any damage. When I picked it up, it shined like it was new. Donald was the body tech. He made my car look perfect! David was the painter. I can't tell what he painted...no paint lines or variances in the color. Marlon was my service advisor. He was friendly and professional. I was able to pick up my car on the day it was promised. This is a before and after shot. The before shot doesn't really show all of the damage. The after shot has Donald and Tre in it.”
