The owner Jimmy was very professional and showed empathy assisting me today. After the morning I had and having to cancel my appointment with another company, my insurance company was able to get me an appointment right away Auto Glass Express and Jimmy took the best care of my vehicle and made sure I was good.

My car got broken into over the weekend and needed a window replacement. Other shops were to busy to take me so I called and they took me right away same day. They replaced my window in less than 2 hours and gave me a much better price than others. Highly recommend to anyone for services. Will be a repeat customer. Very satisfied with the service.

They changed my BMW windshield and it cracked after a week! They have extremely bad customer service, extremely rude, they told me they have a lot of customers they deal with and i am not one of them!
All they care about is money!
These clowns Quoted me $2000 when the actual dealer quoted me $1400!
Don't get scammed!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM, GO TO DEALER OR TO A PROFESSIONAL SHOP

If I could give 10 stars I would to Auto Glass Express in Alexandria. Excellent service and the quality of work was TOP TIER. I missed my morning appointment (my fault) and they were very accommodating to get me in later that day. They explained everything to me throughly and answered all my questions. The wait time seemed less than 2 hours. Although, I paid threw my insurance, the pricing compared to other companies was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

The customer service was prompt and professional, and the quote I was given was accurate. They got me in within 24 hours and the replacement took less than an hour. Top notch considering how much more the bigger name competitors charge and all the extra stuff and time they take.

Believed to be God fearing people they did good work with they carpet give them a 4 star but after finding between the driver seat and arm rest on the seat bar food was not clean off they seen when they removed the seat but chose not to wipe off place it back in the car with the brand new carpet in the car they did no courtesy to clean there for I forgive ? them but I must say it's look like a4 star to a 2 star review iam hopeful they can correct the problem soon thank you mr.ashford car was dropped off on May 16 2024 pick up May 18 2024
