I am very displeased with Ashley. Buying several pieces from them and then having an issue and no one wants to fix it. I bought a couch and a love seat going on 2 years in january. A little bit after a year the cracking started happening on my love seat. I called Ashley they said they could not do anything because it was past the one year manufacturer warranty. I then called the extended warranty that I had purchased and they said they do not cover cracking. I do not feel for a $3,000 purchase that they should be happening to Furniture then Ashley claims is high-end. I understand $3,000 is not a lot of money however it's not Pocket Change either for some of us. I feel buying an extended warranty plan is a waste of money since primarily they do not cover anything on leather which was not explained to us. The backing Hardware is worn out I was also told they do not cover that. So now it's loose and the headrest is cracking. This will be my last purchase from Ashley going forward. I'm very displeased with the service with the warranty and the fact that everyone wanted to say there was nothing they can do. All I wanted was for them to come out and at least patch it because it would started as a one little crack has now turned into several multiple cracks that I keep covering up with electrical tape. It's such an eyesore and not something I should have to be dealing with with furniture that was only a little bit over a year old when all this started.

I worked with Nikko and came in three different times because my husband and I were torn between two different bedroom sets. Nikko stayed with us and helped with measurements of the bed height, room space, and length of furniture. He was very thorough and searched for things when we needed something. Best furniture sales person we have ever encountered! If you go in, ask for Nikko!

Mr. Lu was amazing. I knew exactly what I wanted and he showed me and my husband my dream sectional and then all the blockbuster deals that we didn't know about! He was very patient while we still considered other pieces and the color. Mr. Lu was knowledgeable about the furniture and processes. What he didn't know, he quickly got the answer for. Another pleasant visit to this location. The store has a lot of great furniture options and I’m thankful Carlos expressed which piece of furniture was his favorite. The chair he recommended was a good fit for what I was looking for. It was delivered in an ideal timeframe as well.
