Eric, our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and cooperative, helping at every turn and making the experience, enjoyable and easy. No high-pressure no phony tactics. The owners are also delightful and a pleasure to work with. I give this business, my highest personal and professional recommendation.

First off, Alexandria Hyundai is a great place to buy a car - everyone is so nice and welcoming, and I never felt any pressure at all.Next, Charles Nguyen worked with me to reach an agreement on a car and facilitate the sale - he was very professional, very kind and flexible (I had a toddler with me who didn't want to sit still), and I could tell he was being honest and doing his best to help me. I am extremely happy for my experience there and with Charles, and I LOVE my Palisade. It is the BEST.

Michael made my turn-in and purchase of a new Hyundai so easy. There were no pushy sales gimmicks, just a nice guy who obviously cares about his customers. Kirk in finance was very helpful and efficient. Both have followed up with me since my purchase. I appreciate all the help and for making what could be a very stressful experience such a good one!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Best I’ve had yet in 30+ years. Joon Bae and Joseph Kim were fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, and a great sense of humor. We were very pleased with our experience at Alexandria Hyundai thanks to Luis Torres. Luis Torres, our sales agent, was very knowledgeable, professional and very kind. He made our experience finding our dream car seamless. Luis listened to our desires, found our dream vehicle, secured it in a timely manner and guided us through the process of being new vehicle owners. He made us aware of their financing with no pressure. We did settle on their financing. We appreciated his expertise and his genuine interest in making us satisfied customers as we had not had a new vehicle since 2010. I was out running errands on 9/13 when my Elantra stalled and smoke started coming out of the engine. I had it towed to Alexandria Hyundai, as it was close by and they have done all the service on my car since I bought it. I dropped it off on a Wednesday, left a message with Yessenia, my assigned service advisor, to see when they might get to it. On 9/18 I got a text message saying my car had been added to their service database - 5 days after it got there. The estimated service date was September 29, sixteen days after I dropped it off. I have left various messages and tried getting through the phone system to Yessenia and others, with no new information about when they might get to my car. It is now October 6, 23 days later, and I have no information from Alexandria Hyundai about what is wrong with my car, when they might get to it, nothing. I have heard nothing. Is this place still in business? Do I have to go have my car towed elsewhere to get fixed?

I called the main Genesis customer support line to voice some concerns with my vehicle and they set up an appointment with this branch. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the service agent. Now fast forwards 3 weeks and my hopes have been dashed. I don't think this branch wants my business. One I am the main person calling trying to get answers as to when I can actually get my parts installed. It has been a week since they arrived and no returned calls to set up an appointment. I called 7 times and no call back or follow through. Not from the service manager or even the service advisor. This is poor service where service is in their title. I try to give individuals the benefit of the doubt but when I see continued absence of effort I just throw my hands in the air. I have expectations, which have been continuously diminished. I wasn't off to see the wizard, but I do expect a some sort of engagement with a positive outcome. After being ignored for some unknown reason I am pretty sure my patronage is not welcome. I can't trust a business location if they can't seem call me back. I'll take my business elsewhere to a dealership I feel like really goes out of their way to satisfy their customer's needs. No use in getting angry. Just take your money elsewhere is my philosophy. Quality is not just in completing a task it starts with a smile and continued valued dialogue.

My experience was quite positive. I was looking for a car within a certain price range, and at first, no cars at the dealer met my pricing requirements. Within a day, I got a callback from the dealer informing me that they would sell me a car at the price I desired. The price I was offered was very much less than the first quote I received. Note that, I wasn't trying to negotiate; I simply told them what my pricing requirements were. And they gave me the price I wanted.The sales person, Charles Nguyen, did in fact give me the car at the price we discussed. I was happy that he assisted in setting up everything the car needed to get started, especially connecting the car to my cell phone. My wife and I appreciated that we had a hassle-free, haggle-free experience.

Review for Service…..I had appointment at 2:30. after i arrived i was told to wait and there were no line. I waited and saw three service rep on phone and chatting. A lady came and they started arguing about who is going to help me. I asked them few questions and service rep was quite rude. I didnt care much then i asked estimated time for oil change and tire rotation. she told me about two hrs. i went to near by bakery and came back after a hour and i see my car in the same parking spot. i asked lady if they finished servicing she replied no they had not taken my car to the bay yet. i then asked how long it takes after car gets taken to bay she mentioned 2 to 2.5hrs. I told her why you gave me 2 hr estimate previously. she was like we only have two bay to work with as if that was my fault that they have just two bay. she could have communicated well. I asked for my key and left the building. Looks like you need 6 hrs just for oil change in this location..

I had the best experience at this family oriented business. Eduardo was very knowledgeable, patient, and was never pushy. I’ve purchased many cars and this is the first time I didn’t feel the pressure from the salesperson’s stress in closing the deal. He definitely cared, but he never pushed for me to decide on his schedule. Eduardo maintained communication even after the sale, completed all DMV related actions without error and personally installed the tags a week after the sale. It felt like I was working with a family member the whole time and Eduardo played a part in my final decision. Michael, the finance manager, was also great. He didn’t try to oversell me on products, he was engaging, and the conversation flowed naturally. Michael eagerly answered any question that came up without hesitation. This business is lucky to him leading the finance department with his years of experience in the auto industry. The owner is out and about on the floor engaging with customers….NOT to pressure the sale, but to genuinely check in to offer refreshments and see how things are going. I’m not sure this is the norm, but it was my experience. He was doing all the small things so his representatives could do the tough task of sales. Great experience overall and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.
