- staff were friendly.- place was clean and organized.- prices are normal for the area and type of items.- has a lot of parking, it does fill up pretty quick due to all the different businesses around.- overall a good first experience here.

Out of stock on many items, or too often they have to transfer parts from other stores causing a delay. It is better to shop online and you get better prices.

Bad in store service. I called about a battery for my car and was told they had battery type I would need and could probably change my battery but they had to see my car. I went to store and they looked my car up on their computer and told me they could not change my battery. I don't understand why they didn't look my car up on their computer so they could confirm that they wouldn't change my battery out. It would have saved me a trip to their store and having to jump start my car to leave. This is very poor customer service.

Tried to call and check parts availability I was put on hold for 15 min decided to drive up anyways a few hours later. 4 or 5 customers waiting to be helped and only 1 employee who was busy. I left to go to AutoZoneNeeded $600. In parts

This advance has plenty of friendly staff to help you get what you need to get your car road worthy.I've been coming to this location for years and don't plan on finding another.Before it became advance it used to be Hollywood video and a game crazy.Walking in that building brings back old and new memories. Memories of when I was young and came to check out the latest and greatest games and now to find a random nut and bolt or just a drink even.It's just that good of a place.

I have a Jeep and one now that is getting pretty old, but I love it. So I often need to buy after market parts, because even a connector at Jeep Dodge Chrysler is $187. I found some of the same parts at Advanced auto. So no qualms about about the price of their stock. My problems there seems to be no customer service training there at all, or maybe just a general lack of wanting to do anything for customers. It seems like an inconvenience to just ask a question there. I am not the best mechanic out there, it may take me a little bit of time with YouTube, research, and my Haynes Owners Workshop manual to figure something out. I see non-car people come in and get laughs for asking questions. So I make sure I know what I am talking about when I go in there. I feel like I am prepping for an exam to ask for a part. Seriously. My last time in there, I wanted to buy a few things for a third light I was installing. I was waiting in line when a Spanish speaking guy got in line in front of me. Ok, so he cut me, with COVID rage, I wasn't gonna say anything. The conversation he had in Spanish with guys behind the counter went on for like 20 min. Two of the employees just kept talking and talking. I don't care about the Spanish speaking but, it was like I was an invisible customer. When I got to the counter, no apologies, in and out. They were polite, but I wasn't pleased. I noticed this has been going on at that location more and more often. I think I'll just order my parts off Amazon and save the frustration.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon to get blinker lights and end up testing my car battery. Taylor helped me put the battery in the car. She was careful and helpful. I am happy to know that Advance Auto trains their employees to do this to keep motorists safe on the road.

I was attended by Yenifer R, who is bi-lingual (English-Spanish). She was able to test my car's battery, alternator, and starter and identify that I needed a new battery. We were able to find a new battery and she was able to install it within minutes and also dispose the old battery. Thank you team!
