They sell good cars from what I gather based on doing a little research but a 1,000 dollar dealer fee is probably the highest in the DMV and I also didn’t experience the best customer service when interacting with staff. No offense but as a potential consumer I’m not surprised they have cars on their lot that have been there for 2-3 months. I’m no dealership owner but you’re just not going to get top dollar on the every vehicle u sell. U make more money by selling cars at a faster rate and at better pricing. The game is to sell cars, not hold on to them for 3-4 months hoping a sucker 1 day comes in to one day over pay for the car. Interest rates are currently high and people are more prone to hold onto cars that they already have. Stop being greedy and wake up.

horrible experience! complete liars. my parents feel in love with a vehicle on the lot and the sales manager with the owners son kostas completely scammed us. they pressure you so hard to buy the extended warranty because soon as you sign the papers.. “its your problem now, glad you bought the warranty”. i was promised a ceramic coat never preformed. they just washed the car. bought the car with a tpms light on said they will fix it took 5 days and when i picked up the car the light was STILL ON. i work at a CERTIFIED dealership and had one of our technicians open the tire to see they replaced with an aftermarket sensor, no wonder it wasn’t calibrating to my car. i called action auto and they said just call extended warranty. anyone in the industry knows warranty doesn’t cover aftermarket parts. i had to pay out of pocket to get this fixed due to kostas and his team blowing me off several time. they promised me a check for the sensor i bought and said it will be arriving in the mail. NEVER RECEIVED. super disappointed in this business, made my parents feel like they just wasted time and money in a new car. REGRET THIS PURCHASE!

I dealt with Kosta and in the very beginning he was awesome only because he had the vehicle that I wanted the problem was the weather stripping on the drivers side was torn and three of my tires were the same and one wasn’t. I addressed these concerns and was told on July 10th Kosta states that the tire would be ordered and the weather stripping. I had to come back to this dealership 5 times my paperwork wasn’t done right because Kosta put the wrong last name on my paperwork instead of the name that was on my drivers license I brought him my social security card and the bank said that my ssc doesn’t match my drivers license I was then asked to bring my divorce decree as if I would have that at hand so I suggested me bringing my passport which matches my drivers license so I came back to the dealership with my passport no sign of Kosta when he finally arrived I was speaking with someone else who was helping me mind you we’re now on the third week no tire no weather stripping no approval from the bank NOTHING. I’ve text and called Kosta on several different occasions and was ignored on the last text he told me he was busy then he said he was with family and I told him I felt like he just left me hanging with the lack of communication and not following up with me he texted me back with I GOT YOU BOO which is completely unprofessional. So today August 10 still NO TIRE and NO Weather stripping and no Kosta at the dealership. So at this point my level of frustration is heightened and I told the guys in the dealership that this unprofessional and you don’t treat customers this way and I’m gonna do a review because I’m not happy with the lack of communication I’ve been to this dealership now 5 times either for paperwork not being done right or tire not being there and the weather stripping. My feelings were definitely warranted. Kosta then finally calls me how ironic I answered and he starts off with first of all we need to be professional I was baffled because the only time he was professional with me was during the sale after that I was a figment of his imagination. I hung up on Kosta because he was again unprofessional and out of line Kosta then takes it upon himself to sen me a text. Never once apologizing because he and gis deslership dropped the ball instead he became defensive and mad false accusations toward me and he wasn’t even at the dealership. What I was expecting from him was an apology look below. This is my 6 th time coming to the dealership and yet I still have no tire or weather stripping my loan didn’t get approved until last week and I still had to pay my car note today the 10th so you tell me who’s inappropriate one for calling me BOO and dropping the ball
You don’t come into an establishment and act like you you’re acting and at the end of the day this is a small circle that we’re in and yes, I can share whatever I want with any of my colleagues about your inappropriate actions You’re looking for one tire and a trim piece I was out of the area because I was visiting my family. I got back on Friday. Your items were on order. You can call the dealership for updates, but the threaten me and threaten the establishment. I will never accept that. I will no longer be communicating with you directly please deal with the dealership and the service center directly.

Fraudsters!!! I called and talked about the car, asked how much FIS they take, the website says one thing, in reality it's $3,400, okay, I say let me leave a deposit for the car, they started telling me that there's no need for a depreciation, etc., this made me wary and I called back the next day to agree on the purchase, and they told me that the car was sold, it's very funny, it hadn't been for sale for 4 months and then it was sold, don't waste your time on these scammers

Action Auto was very professional and quick with all of their responses from my request. Once the cash was transferred, my trade in was picked up that night and the new vehicle was delivered the next morning at 7:00 am. Action has a great selection of well-kept cars on the lot, which I think, says a lot about the taste and quality of cars that Action wants to sell. I saw probably 10 other cars that I would buy when I was looking for a truck. Keep up the good work guys !

This dealer is a big scammer! They take your car with a very low price and sell their trash to you with their high price! Be careful and open your eyes, don’t go to this place!
