Amazing service! Richard was able to quickly diagnose, fix the issue, and return my PC by the next day. He took the time to explain what happened with my computer and thoroughly checked after the repair to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I appreciated how transparent he was with the pricing and he provided thoughtful recommendations for the best parts replacement options considering my budget. Way to book an appointment and take my $80 while being out of town. I called out of work. That was a ridiculous oversight, easily prevented by changing your calendar ahead of time.

Words are not enough to decribe my appreciation for Richard. Richard is fast, reliable, and very honest with his work. The first time he fixed my laptop keyboard, I found a minor problem that left me slightly worried(this problem was because of the computer part from the company not becasue of Richard). I notifed Richard about my issue and immediately he got back to work on the keyboard while even ordering a fresh keyboard for me. Richard was kind enough to make multiple trips to my home and notify me about every step of the process. Rather than waiting weeks at other places, Richard provides super fast and honest service that I appreciate so much. My family and I will be looking to use his services from now on. Thank you Richard!!!!

Use them, no brainer. Called guy and he came out same day to take a look at my busted laptop. He had every opportunity to charge me a bunch, I’m clueless on computer repair. But he could tell it wouldn’t be worth it to me to have it fixed and recommended some shops to buy a replacement. Very trustworthy and helpful.

Excellent costumer service.
I called him about a problem i was having with my PC late in the day like 7-8pm and he still answered the phone. I explained the symptoms to him and the step I already have taken to troubleshoot it, without any attempt to try and get me to bring it in to make money he gave me one more solution to try and if that didn't work it was my motherboard. Next day ordered a new Motherboard installed it myself and my PC is back up and running again!
