Had to get a few energy drinks late at night since I work late and the clerk refused to let me enter my phone number and got pissy when I had a concern on the total, and instead of explaining it, he continued to tell me "just look at the screen", which is what caused the concern in the first place so not very helpful. Continued to get frustrated when the reader stopped working since I pulled my card, was punching at the computer and did the transaction for me, not letting me enter my pin. Then threw the receipt at my drinks, shaking his head and said something about the ordeal and went back to his work. Usually have full understanding to late crew as a late crew person myself but was just completely unnecessary frustration to me. Not coming back at night till they change their late clerk. Day clerks are cool, super nice and patient, love coming in and getting a slurpee.

In this store today they charged me $10 dollars for five pieces of chicken wings and I told the man that because he was charging me that and he better started talking on the phone, they are stealing from people because they charge more for things, I recommend that you don't go shopping there

The late night clerk kick me out the store just because I was wearing a short sleeve shirt and a few minutes later I lady come inside with a same T-shirt style and he let the lady purchase what she wanted.He didn’t allow me to buy nothing and he threatened to call me the police just for that.Very bad service, he acted so rude.Making store loose money and clients.?

Always has the snacks we need, and always has a cashier present to serve you. Sometimes the slurpee machines aren't working/serving all the flavors. Seems like it's a hangout for middle schoolers during the day and homeless men at night, so keep that in mind. But the surrounding area is a pretty nice neighborhood.

Absolutely the WORST late night - the clerk was harassing my son because he took too long to find a snack and then said he was calling the police because he took too long to pick out a candy bar. We have been customers of this store for over 30 years and this night guy is unbelievably rude. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. It’s a shame because the day crew is very polite

I have been going to this 7-11 for almost 8 years or so and this is consistently the worst 7-11 in the dmv area. Clerk at the register is very pushy and rude. Consistently has problems with ID (the cashier will interrogate and become very rude with customers and claims IDs are fake even when customers offer to prove IDs are valid.) Cashier will also cause arguments and refuse to try to resolve the situation and has been rude and unhelpful to me on multiple occasions. This is the only 7-11 in Alexandria area that I’m aware of that consistently has problems/ I’ve had problems with. Guy running the store needs a serious attitude check if he doesn’t want to continue losing customers. Would give a 0/10 if I could

Friendly service, but the pop machine is broken a lot. Great selection of beer and wine. It’s my go-to 7-Eleven.

I came into the store to claim winning on scratchers. Store clerk said he closed the lottery machine at 9:00pm. I came in at 9:40pm. That's fine with me but he proceeds to tell me to, "Go Away. I'm busy cooking food" as I'm asking what time they'll open tomorrow morning. I asked for his name because he was not wearing a name tag and proceeds to say, "Why do you need my name?" I asked for a manager's name and was ignored further. He did not approach the counter as long as I was there as customers continued to come in and refused to allow me to make a purchase of anything. Poor customer service.
