Here we go with another one star review for this location, but honestly, I didn’t think that it would be me. I honestly thought that I had a good rapport with the store and all the employees in it. But what happen today? Honestly has me reconsidering all the money that I spent in there.
So I’m fully aware of what all of the employees go through in regards to the teenagers. I empathize with them and that’s why I make sure that the kids that I know are always respectful because I know all of their parents and I know that they know how to act right. The owner likes to call the cops on the kids and today she tried to call the cops on me because she tried to say that my kid cussed her out. little did she know that I was watching. I asked one of his friends who I can definitely trust what actually happened and he told me and I said I believe him. With that, I said that I would watch my child and be out the way this ingrate took it upon herself to say, “that’s why your son is the way that he is“ so not only Was she insulting my son? She was insulting me.
She start saying that she’s gonna call the cops which is obviously ago to move, but I don’t believe her so I take my kids home. Like I said, they are good kids. They tell me to go back to the store and make sure that everything is OK when I get there her daughter is there and she of course does not want to speak to me. The “owner is behind the register yelling not letting me get a word in. I tell her that I have a recording of how her mother was acting and she said that she didn’t even want to see it, (I can guess why) she said she wasn’t well and then blamed it on her high blood pressure and her age 🙄
My family goes into the store a few times a week, we are always respectful, and I always make sure that my kids are respectful too, I confirmed this because they know my kids, but apparently the mother has no reason to lie on my kid. Well if that’s the case, come and get this footage. The cops were still there, but they didn’t wanna speak to me either probably because I didn’t do anything wrong and neither did my kid.
The owner tried to say that we were banned but after asking the daughter she said that we weren’t but honestly I don’t even feel safe letting my kids into that store anymore. She didn’t like that either. I tried to tell her that as a black woman it’s scary when people threaten to call the cops on their kids, she said that race had nothing to do with it, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that that is actually traumatizing. She even went as far as to say that her nephew was half black. The thing about racist people is that they will say anything to not be called racist because they know what they’re doing is wrong.
Anywho I know that they aren’t gonna lose any business but it really is a shame. I liked this place. I went out of my way to actually go to this business so for me, this is definitely a break up. There’s really only one person that I can think of that’s cool in there and he was so thrown I couldn’t even talk to him.

This 7-Eleven is located in a strip mall and offers the standard selection of food, drinks, and convenience items you’d expect. Prices and specials are consistent with other locations, so no surprises there. However, the store itself was cluttered, poorly organized, and not very clean. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or helpful, which made the experience less pleasant. It felt like customer service and store upkeep weren’t a priority. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

This 7/11 is kinda gross and dirty. There’s only ever one person working in there. The coffee station is never stocked or clean. The store is poorly managed.

Not only will you wait forever while employees ignore the line an play with a baby on the floor behind the counter, but if you go in at night, the guy at the counter will tell you a new life every night about why he can't sell lottery tickets. One night he claims the machine is broken. A few nights later, he says he just started and hasn't been trained yet. Tonight, he actually said that the Virginia lottery closed at 10pm. I told him that wasn't true and he actually doubled down, told me I was wrong and that I could try buying them at the gas station next door and they would tell me the same thing. I did, and no suprise, he was lying AGAIN. If your going to keep employees that don't want to do their job, at least tell them not to insult customer's intelligence with ridiculous lies.
For the record, these are not isolated, or rare experiences with this store. I stayed in the hotel across the street for several months, visited this store daily, and had the negatively experiences regularly. Now I'm staying at this hotel again, several months later. So I visit this store again and find that absolutely nothing has improved.

I visited this store, the lady and the girl working are so arrogant and behave rudely when asking for help. The cleanliness of the store is also very bad & they have no respect for costumers.

I don’t typically leave reviews unless something significant happens, especially when I feel it's important for management to be made aware. I hadn’t visited this 7-Eleven in eight years, and after this experience, I would rather go to Starbucks. If it weren’t for my brother needing coffee while we were in the area, I wouldn’t have returned.
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The store was in poor condition with visible pests and dirt, including mold around the coffee maker, and all the coffee was out. The cappuccino machine was also broken. The food appeared stale, and the staff—an older woman and a younger employee—were unprofessional and dismissive. They spent more time gossiping behind the counter in their own language, very unprofessional than assisting customers, and their hygiene was concerning. When I tried to express my concerns, the older woman responded angrily, telling me to leave. Her attitude was unpleasant, and I left feeling uncomfortable. Due to a language barrier, lack of communication skills, they shouldn't be working there.
I believe this location deserves a health department investigation. I would say give it a year, this place will completely shut down!!!There have been customer complaints, and it’s clear that improvements are needed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to address these issues and ensure a better experience for all customers. The older Asian women that works there, I believe would benefit from a more peaceful life, perhaps focusing on activities that bring her peace and joy, such as reading or reflection, rather than working in a setting that seems to bring her frustration this definitely not for her. God bless America!!!

AVOID! You will likely be charged multiple times for the same purchase, or incorrectly charged based on their sale signs, and treated with disgust -- especially by the mother/daughter 'owner' duo if you dare try and bring these issues to their attention, let alone actually asking for an adjustment or refund.

last time i visit this 7-Eleven. The young girl at the front has no customer service sense and is so rude. I walked in to get a drink and they posted 1$ Big Gulps and when I went to ring it up I added my rewards number and it still rung up regular price. When I mentioned to her that it was posted right across from her in a big sign that they are on special for a 1$ she just gave me this blank look and said the price was whatever it was ringing up. Sighhh...There are two other places right down the street much cleaner and they actually care about their customers.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Unprofessional, the guy that works here closes the door very often at night and ignores customers when he clearly sees them. 7 eleven needs to step in and correct this issue. Management responding with a template to all customers that complaint is not fixing the issue. It looks like this has been Going on for a long time…

Stay away from this place. The girl in the front desk has no customer service experience what so ever. I had to get the authorities involved to get my refund on an item that they told me only she had access to process refunds and I had to come back twice to actually meet this girl on her shift and she was so rude the other customers were shocked and told me to report her. I think we all that have experienced some sort of traumatic experience from this place and their staff, should write a petition to the 7-eleven cooperation regarding the ethics in this place. I’m pretty sure it goes against their policy and integrity as a company. This franchise location is not representing what 7 -eleven stands for, and what was promised to its customers. I’m starting a petition and complaint online. No one should be treated like this! It’s unacceptable.
