I went to this 7-11 because the other 7-11 nearby was having issues with their cashier register system not being online and I just needed some kind of energy drink for my long night. I went in and got a couple of other snacks items. While I was in the drink section I was looking at the different drinks that were there since I don't normally drink energy drinks and the price tags weren't really matching with the drinks in the refrigerators. It took me a few mins to decide because I was trying to find the ingredients listed on the drinks and since some of them were damaged or upside down I had to turn them around. Suddenly when I was about to get the drinks I wanted to buy, the worker walked over to me and started yelling at me saying I was forbidden from touching all of the products and that I shouldn't be spending all that time at the refrigerators. I said I was sorry and that I was just trying to look at the ingredient information and find a bottle that wasn't damaged for the drink I was gonna get. He cut me off and continued yelling at me as he walked back to the register. I would have just walked out without buying anything but I didn't know if the other 7-11 was back online or not and I didn't feel like driving to another location further away so I just went up to the register and put the stuff I already got on the counter and paid without saying anything else. Never coming back to this location especially during this time of night.

I just dealt with a slight bit of racism at this 711, I had the employee who was working at 10 pm with grey hair ask me if I was Chinese. Then I told him I'm korean. He then asked me if I was from south korea which is none of his business but I told him anyways not trying to cause any problems. Then he asked me if my parents were also from south korea. Then he began to tell me how asians come to the usa whether it be chinese or korean and don't help and just leave when they want. He held up the line just to tell me this with 2 other people in line. He also couldn't count my money right when I gave him 20.25 he rang it in as 20.20 but at that point I didn't care and wanted to get out because I was livid. I said with a smile on my face have a good day and walked away after recieving change. But this is absolutley unacceptable and really puts a bad taste in my mouth especially when I dealt with this in my past. Please correct your workers and let them know they are suppose to be providing customer service and not some racial statements. He might have not used certain racial words but they way he said certain things was wrong. I will absolutley never come to this 711 again after this. First off I served in the united states military, born and raised in Virginia and lived here my whole life. This is just wrong on so many levels.Update: I have also contacted 711 corporation about this. I will give them the full story. I also was not IDed for my pack of smokes even when i try to show him my id. I think thats also a violation of federal law too. You are suppose to ID anyone who is under the age of 40. I'm 34.

Cashier stole my $4 lottery winnings. Ticket wouldn't scan, so he typed in the numbers manually, it said I won $4, which I knew, and he told me he couldn't give it to me because it wouldn't scan.

Poor customer service. They were very ignorant to me as a customer. Many things were broke and did not work machine-wise. Food was not fresh and seen several Roaches on the floor

The store is rarely clean, including the outside of the store. The workers are commonly rude, accept a few of them.

This place is constantly filled with bizarre characters, as if it were a trailer park slum. There are some employees who are either careless or incompetent: they allow non-staff to handle food in their backroom, intentionally delay you at checkout like it's scripted, acknowledge some customers while totally ignoring others... This behavior is highly unusual and totally unprofessional. In the end, you lost my trust and my business.

I stopped in the 7- 11 yesterday for a slurpee. The flavor I wanted (coke) was not working. No slurpee for my wife. I tried. I got a medium coffee. At the register I showed my 7-11 app and was shocked when the bill was $2.22. I asked if this was a mistake and got no response from the employee. I live in the real world but I didn't see any sign for an increase. Coffee is a very popular drink so I wouldn't think it would be a large increase. I guess if it was a large or extra large selection I wouldn't mention it. This was not a good visit with the slurpee selection I wanted not working and expensive coffee from 7-11.

Every single time that I have been in this store here at the Rose hill shopping center it has always been egregiously dirty! I don't buy the food here because I do not trust it! I am sorry I was only saying that because of my memories from 20-23 years when I was a little kid

I was here after my snowplow work for the local community and I went into this 7 eleven to get some snacks for the hours ahead. The cashier from the moment I walk in, is hostile. I am gathering my snacks while in the phone with my wife and she tells me, in a aggressive tone “hurry up!”. I was rubbed the wrong way but didn’t think about it much, but here’s what really drove me over the edge. She says to her colleague “Can you attend that other person because this customer, he’s a little…” She makes a hand gesture that suggests I’m unintelligent. This is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. As a frequent paying customer I will not tolerate this humiliation. That’s what prompted me to write this review.
