Whoever worked on June 7th around 3am is rude.
I went in there looking for a snack after a long shift, and I grabbed the buns and he started yelling
“Ma’am Sir, they’re not ready…”
I am not wearing a wig nor am I dressed like a female, idk where he got the ma’am from but it came across disrespectful.

The staff is useless and grumpy. They should fix that. There's a lot of racism toward the cashier who was here this morning at 8:40 on June 1, 2025.

The employee refused to let me use the restroom after I explained to him it was an emergency. He then suggested I go right outside the store like I’m some sort of animal. I can see why this location has a lot of bad reviews for their hygiene.

I have seen roaches on the floor and wall at this location.When you ask for a bag,they just put it on the counter and don't even bother to bag your items for you.

I’d give it 0 stars if i could. The cashier i encountered was the rudest person i have ever met. I literally asked one question about a beverage i left while i went to go look for my wallet and she looked at me like I’m stupid and refused to answer. I don’t ever leave reviews and I’m very quiet and polite but she was so mean. Don’t come here.

I paid with a 20 bill and the cashier says to pay her with a five, they stole $15 from me.I asked him to see the recordings and he told me to come back another day, they didn't want to see the recording.

I don’t normally do this, but the service / friendliness / cleanliness at this 7-11 is absolutely remarkable. There’s two women that seem to know all their customers and remember their orders. It’s a wonder to see. Highly recommend stopping by for a coffee and a smile.
