Absolutely Everything Is Bad With This Location Parking, Staff and Smells Like They Do Not Believe In Cleaning Their Location The Lady Was On The Phone While yelling at Me To open The Door To A Pepsi and Lays Delivery Employee I Don't Work For Her Or The Other Mentioned Companies they needed help opening the door so i held the door for both drivers while she yelled at me to hold the door longer because they were going to be exiting soon, they need to sell this franchise to a professional courteous owner not the lady that is in charge now

If I could give this -5 stars I would, my sweet mom went to buy some drinks for her co-workers around 8AM, she asked the lady that was charging at the register for a receipt because she needed the proof of how much she paid. Anyways, the cashier insulted my mom for no reason and to top it all off she threw the receipt in my mom’s face! Worse service ever! If you are having a bad day, keep it to yourself but don’t go insulting your customers! Talk about CRAZY!!!

one cashier female accused me of stealing when i was just looking around the store? and it’s the first time i’ve seen her but the other uncles that work there are very nice.
this lady completely disrespected and accused me of stealing.

Nice people. Cooked food is trash. If you going to charge $3 for one slice of 711 pizza, at least make sure the pizza is not hard and burnt.

It took me a total of 24 minutes to purchase what I required, then while pulling up my map while dwindling in the store parking. The cashier tapped on my window to tell me to leave! How rude!

A fraudulent activity was observed during our transaction, where the Woman in question attempted to misrepresent the amount of money exchanged. Despite our mutual agreement to count and verify the funds, she falsely claimed to have only received a reduced amount. When confronted about the discrepancy, she produced an unaccounted sum of money from an unknown source and attributed it to the register, which was not supported by our previous agreement. This behavior has raised concerns about the integrity of the transaction and the authenticity of the individual's actions.

The older female Indian cashier is always grumpy, rude, disrespectful and doesn’t seem to care about customers every time I stop by that 7-11. Today though was the worst encounter with her.
I politely asked her to make a fresh breakfast pizza for me to take it to go because the one they had on the display looked old and stale. She refused saying that was “nothing wrong with the that one”, and she wasn’t going to “jump at every wimpy customer’s request” I was appalled at her tone and attitude. What kind of a customer care is this?? I never had this kind of problems at other 7-11 in the area. I mean it takes 2-3 minutes at the most to pop in a frozen breakfast pizza in the microwave and warm it up.
Judging by the other reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who had to deal with her complete lack of respect for customers and horrible attitude. This 7-11 is going to start losing business and customers if she continues to behave like that.

Make sure to check expiration date!!! They will sell ANYTHING no matter if it is 3 months past due. Thanks to them now i have to make sure im not getting something from 1998
Young female staff members is REALLY RUDE! Im really sorry to the man that has to work with her. She will shout to you, scan and throw the stuff you are buying ... and the best thing ... she will make you do HER JOB, because of course the phone call she is having IS more important than their clients.

The cashier, who seemed more interested in their phone than customer service, displayed a complete lack of attentiveness. When I tried to ask about a product, they were unresponsive and didn't acknowledge my inquiry. The overall cleanliness of the store left a lot to be desired. I noticed the cofee spelled on the coffe machine and all trash smells bad. This made for an unhygienic and unpleasant shopping experience.
Overall, the inattentive staff and unclean environment left me feeling disrespected and discouraged me from making a purchase.

Bad customer service, dirty store , coffee stains on the surface, Indian lady is so aggressive and rude , disaster Manager, she gave me an attitude while asking her to clean the surface and filling the coffee machine, Not recommended , I want everybody got food poisoning from this store to Sue that business , people working there are low hygiene and manners as well.

Just read a news article that this location was victim of ATM robbery.Geez, I am so sick of lowlifes attacking the livelihood of hard-working folk. Good lord, it's tough on everyone right now, but get a legal job, get two, get three, get as many as you need. Do what millions of Americans do every day...An honest day's work! ?Hope the 7-11 workers are ok. ??
