This 7-Eleven is such a disappointment! The slurpee machines are seldom functioning, the soda is flat, and no one knows what's going on. For example, I witnessed a woman pay at the register for a carwash. She then asked how to enter the carwash and the cashier did not understand what she was asking, then told her the carwash was closed. When she asked why he sold her a carwash knowing it was closed, more confusion ensued. When the manager eventually came out, the woman had to specifically ask to either be refunded or have them open the carwash (the manager did not initially offer either of these options).I submitted an official review / complaint to the 7-Eleven website a few months ago, as the 7-Eleven account keeps replying to people's reviews suggesting, and nothing came of it.

Racism .. I walk in to buy gas and other stuff , a girl named Evalyn harrases me for no reason trying to start a problem and when I asked the ethiopean man who works with her for her name she walks inside LAUGHING . I was being helped by the ethiopean brother the whole time ,I don't know why she would come from no where to harrases and and start a problem for no reason . I was dead tired coming back from work so I didn't want to get into it , but I can see how much racism there's in this girl called Evalyn . It was my go to location for the last year but I have to see this lady again in that store then I better find another station before I get myself in trouble .

Everything is broken. Everywhere.... All at once.Hot dogs never appear to be ready. Ketchup and mustard were empty. Chili/cheese out of service. Almost none of the slurpees are available. Slurpee cups were not replenished nor were the lids. Coffee nitro machine was out of order. The above information is not from 1 single trip, I can easily let that slide. This is from at least 2 trips I've made to this store.I understand this is a new establishment, so maybe there are a few kinks needing to be worked out. That said, I'm a disappointed that such little care is taken by the employees to maintain a clean and operational store. Do betterUpdate: I've made several more trips here over the last couple months and I can't say it's much better. The slurpee machines that are available are now mostly just marked "mystery flavor". They can't ALL be mystery flavor! Still haven't been able to try the nitro coffee. Also, I've become fairly adept at finding where the lids and straws are under the cabinet since that doesn't consistently get replenished.

Horrible.The only good thing about this 7/11 is that they have chic-fil-a ice.

Received great service and warm welcome from new owner. They had recently purchased the new business. Noticed a major improvement in customer service and overall store displays.
