Would prefer customer name shown only as A. Lewis, please! Within the last week I phoned Aldie’s Walgreens to inquire for store delivery of difficult to locate OTC homeopathic remedy. Although delivery manifest showed none, the employee thought he’d seen it nonetheless and asked me to wait while doublechecking, which he did, successfully! Upon arrival at store, the gentleman expedited my purchase efficiently and I greatly appreciated multiple ways he thought outside the proverbial box providing top-notch service!! It is a pleasure to post compliment!

This pharmacy is a disaster. Two weeks ago they gave me the wrong prescription. Thankfully I recognized it wasn’t mine before taking it. Today I arrive at 9am to pick up another prescription and they’re closed even though the sign, and website, clearly says they open at 8am.

This is the WORST pharmacy in the whole of Virginia if not the US!!! They skip refilling medications for which you have to call and get more frustrated at the automated refill system, the most ridiculous.

Hours on website say 9-9. There's a paper sign saying hours are 9-8. show up at 7pm and am told they're closed (sign behind them saying open till 9/8). This is after the prescription being \\\"delayed\\\" for 5 days already. Never had a positive experience at this location, I've had to call and remind them about my meds being stuck on 'pending' for several days on 4 or 5 separate occasions. If you need medication on time, don't rely on this location...

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever had to deal with. I only come to Walgreens because my insurance partners with them and requires me to. This pharmacy is severely understaffed, which is not the fault of the staff that is working, but the staff that is working is so rude and dismissive. I've been told on numerous occasions in person that they are "too busy to deal with" my prescriptions or call the pharmacist line or doctor, and have advised me to instead go to another Walgreens. Again, I understand being busy and understaffed, but all that says to me is that other patients are more important than I am, or that they don't want to actually do their job.I have had issues with this store for years prior to the staffing shortage. They are constantly under stocked and understaffed. If you try to call the pharmacy, you'll sit on hold for over an hour and then get hung up on, or get no one. If I could switch pharmacies I would, but I don't have the option due to insurance. If you can avoid this pharmacy, I would.

The worst pharmacy ever! Doesn’t answer the phone. They also tell you your rx will be available at a certain time and it’s not. They also regularly run out of medication that is a daily medication taken so they should know to have on hand for people. Wish I could give a zero star rating as 1 star is too high.

Told me they would refill my prescription the day before. Made it clear I needed the prescription by the next day. Assured me it would be ordered and there after 4 the next day. I arrive the next day and he tells me he forget to process my order and order the prescription. Then tells me I have to go to the Centerville location (25 minutes away) and they will fill my prescription. Failed to tell me that apparently my window for the prescription had closed because it wasn’t ordered the day before. Don’t recommend as they’ve had this prescription request since the 15th and this has happened before.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. I always have issues when I pick up my monthly prescriptions. I always get calls or texts when my prescriptions are ready yet, when I go to pick them up, they are never ready. The pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacists are not helpful and are not prompt with their service. I transferred all my prescriptions to Walmart, of all places, and they have been amazing. My prescriptions are always ready on time and never have any issue with price or insurance coverage.

I was asked by my insurance company to go to Walgreens for my shot . I got a very bad service from the pharmacist every time I called. No one wanted to help me. At the end I had to take my prescription somewhere else. Very very bad service. I will never recommend any one to Walgreens.

I only stopped in for a quick pick up of some personal items and the store was fully stocked and the cashier was friendly. I haven’t experienced the pharmacy.
