This post office should not be open! They do not have any AC and one fan for the employees in 97 degree weather very dangerous for customers as well. This place does not provide tape, pens, or markers for customers. I was denied shipping my package because like other usps I assumed I’d be able to tape my box there.

This place has its charm and the people working there are always trying their best to provide good customer care. It’s also never too busy so it saves a lot of time if you need USPS. Watch for opening hours cause those are slightly limited.

The epitome of “good enough for government work.”Tracking number said my package was being held at this location. When I went to pick it up, it turns out that it’s actually being held at the annex location in Centreville. This is apparently not an uncommon occurrence, as the annex information is posted in the lobby, and the woman working there acted like I was the idiot for not knowing this.It seems this issue will continue for the foreseeable future, as fixing it is “above her pay grade.”

This location is "historic ", it looks like the building has not been renovated since the 1960s from the looks of it but staff is always friendly and helpful. I only visit out of convenience.

Everyone knows what to expect at the post office, but this location is beyond unhelpful. English is the second language (not a problem for me), but as a result, they don't know how to explain things or give clear instructions. All I tried to do is open a post office box. Because the two ladies there are incompetent, they respond by being extremely rude hoping that you will just leave. They don't understand their own instructions, so they aren't successful at articulating proper instructions or informing customers how to do what needs to be done. Completely useless!

I visit this post office frequently to ship out small sales & the occasional return package. I usually ship in the mornings, and it has always been a pleasure interacting with the lady that works at this location. Thank you!

Just had a very unfortunate run in with an employee there. I walked in very happy and asked for assistance, but the woman working today came straight at me with a raised voice and belittling attitude. First, I walked in and said, “Hello, I need to pick up a package.” Employee: “I need your ID.” No “hello” back. Clearly she’s in a bad mood. Before I could say/do anything, she noticed the pickup slip in my hand and said I couldn’t pick it up until tomorrow. Well, tomorrow I will no longer be in the area. I politely explained this and said, “I hope you understand my predicament. Is there any way we can find where the package is, so I can pick it up now? Or may I change it so I don’t have to sign for a package?” She immediately raised her voice and suggested that I check the back room myself and do her job. As she stood there raising her voice at me and treating me like I was subservient to her with comments like, “listen to what I’m saying,” in a slow, loud tone, I had to walk out on her. This woman was looking to pick a fight from the moment I walked in. USPS should not allow an employee like this to work at their offices. Very uncomfortable and baffling experience. I’m sincerely concerned for her mental health with how fast she escalated this minor situation, and someone needs to address this with her.

They could not refund me for a money order. Came to send a package off they didn’t have all sizes for boxes. Everytime I come no one can assist me with what I need.
