I wish I could give zero stars. I don't even know where to start. First of all, this store is tiny! There are too many people that go here. The one in South Riding is huge and no one shops there. The Harris Teeter products are the cheapest store products ever! I bought Harris Teeter parchment paper, and the box just fell apart. It was probably held together with Elmer's Glue. Also, the bread bags from the bakery are extremely hard to open. There is a tiny tie with at least 2 layers of tape. If you try to open it without scissors, 2 of the 4 loaves go flying to the ground. Also, it is extremely expensive! Half of a cake costs $12. You could get a whole cake from Walmart for much less. Also, they don't restock items during the day. So if you go after work, you will find nothing you need. Do not shop here. You're better off going to Walmart or Giant.

Might just be me, but several trips to catch the breakfast hot bar shortly after 9am, and the staff will not refill bins that are empty. Supposed to be open til 10am, slim pickings after 9 though.

Just left after waiting at the deli counter forever. Seems the 4 people behind the counter, one manager in the pizza section looking right at me and 2 others failed to even acknowledge me. Even standing directly in front of an employee had no effect. Had to ask for help before I got helped. Seems intentional to ignore a customer completely.

Best subs and fresh pizza around! I don't order anywhere else. The woman working the deli is friendly and efficient. I *think* her name was Khalida (I really hope I didn't mess that up), and she is an absolute sandwich pro! Highly recommended!

Nice employees, nice prices. My only complaint is that too often, there aren't enough employees working to have more checkout lanes open. Other than that, never had too many issues.

My wife went here and was looking for baking soda, she approached one of the staff members and asked. He visibly rolled his eyes, sighed, and goes "should be in the baking section". Part of me feels this was racially influenced the way he looked at us. Either way we felt very uncomfortable.

Hi,I ordered two pizzas in Harris Teeters in Stone Ridge Village Center - Aldie around 2:30 pm ET today. So, I waited for 20 minutes for my two pizzas. The person who took my order left, so a new person came.She took my pizza, put it in a box, and gave it to another person asking for a Cheese pizza. I told her it was my pizza before she gave it to another person, but she did not care and gave my pizza to another person. She told me to wait 15 minutes more. When the person who took my order returned, I told him she had given my pizza to another person, and he said, "I am sorry."Guys, please be friendly with the customers. Do not be rude and let a person wait another 15 minutes. Terrible.
